If we keep 4 RB.....

No way in hell Morris gets cut.

He was by far and away our best performer last season, and ended up looking pretty good at times. Not only that, but he is by far the most well rounded of our backs skill wise, and can make bigger contributions on special teams then any of the others.

Not only that, but he can provide a backup to what Ronnie Brown does. They have the same general skillset. He doesnt have the same physical ability, but if Brown goes down we have to run those smaller FB type players.

I completely agree that Morris will not be cut but I have a feeling he'll be used more as a FB/ H-Back than at RB (although in Big sets I'm sure he'll be considered). That is why he's not on my initial list.

I could see Ronnie, Ricky, Lamar, Kay-Jay, Heath, and Sammy making the team. Don't forget that Ricky may have to go through a four game suspension, which means Travis Minor can collect 4 game checks, and by the time Ricky comes back from the suspension, really the chances are that SOMEONE of that group of 7 runningbacks is on injured reserve or otherwise has a serious injury.

Moa will not make the team, he's injured over in NFL Europe right now. That won't help his case for making the Phins. Jamar Martin will have to just wait for an injury or two to happen to make his case for being on the opening day roster.

If Minor has a better camp than Kay-Jay, who do you think we go with? Both of them will be the same age so we can't really call it a "youth movement" by going with Harris. Unless the thinking here is if Minor impresses in camp, we may be able to get a pick out of him and still keep Kay-Jay.

I say the only reason he keeps Minor is if Minor shows that he has some value as a KR with Welker and can also do other things on special teams... otherwise, as a RB alone he doesn't make it.. Lee will have a tough time making this team if he continues the same mental errors, but, if Saban's no - nonsense way can help him, then Lee will be ok..

I have to many runningbacks on my Madden roster. I can't sign a corner back. What to do..what to do?!?!

I don't see Lee making the final cut either.

Lee is making the team. Scott Linehan plays a ton of two tight end stuff. I think Donald Lee can be a good player. He needs to be coached up...that will happen.

As far as which running backs make it...I dunno. It all depends on there ability to play special teams. Lets face it. A third and fourth team running back rarely sees the field as a running back.

It should be an interesting battle. I think Sammy Morris will make the team though. He's a good special teams player and has a lot of versatility.

A case of Sammy Adams that Lee doesn't make the team! I would rather take one of our talented rb's or fb's over Lee. This kid may have potential, but doesn't have the concentration to bring it out! Lee won't make the final cut, and be a Miami Dolphin in 2005.

If we keep 4 RB's (which I hope we do), I honestly don't see anyway we keep Travis Minor unless Ricky doesn't return. This is what I think is most likely to happen if Ricky returns:

1.) Ronnie Brown
2.) Ricky Williams
3.) Lamar Gordon
4.) Kay Jay Harris

That's what I'm hoping for.
