1. Thomas - OL
2. Edwards - OL

6. Moa - FB - will likely go on IR
7. Hunt - S - could go on IR

10. Walters - DE

The next round of cuts could involve the following:
1. Eiland - CB
2. Parker - CB
3. Edwards - CB
4. Richard - CB
5. Bua - S
6. Moore - LB
7. Mann - WR
8. Thompson - WR

15. Middleton - OL
16. Harris - RB
17. Minor - RB
18. Lee - TE
19. Berlin - QB
20. Vickerman - DT
21. Romero - DT
22. Shaw - DT

Bell

I may have missed a few guys, but this is the clearest picture I have...

Morris

I don't agree with some of you OL, DL and DB picks. If all of those guys were cut, that would annihilate all of the depth we have those spots. They just don't make sense.

Key point there is could be; I am not saying all those guys will be

I am not saying all those guys will be cut; some will from that group.

My 10:
1)Donald Lee- Sorry but this guy Sucks, he drops passes and fumbles, and gets penalized all the time, plus Diamond looks better so far.

2) McKinney or Whittley- They are both awful,so i say keep one cut the other. Besides once Middleton can go our Oline is going to not have either guy in there.

3) Delahoussaye- we only have him in camp to insure against an injury to Perry

4) E. Moore- Bust city and nowhere to be found on the LB depth chart.

5) Newson- Mann has been better and barring injury he won't make it

6) Farmer- see above

7) Romero- this guy is not bad but he won't make it because of our depth there.

8) Turk- Jones is cheaper and younger and I think he could make it.

9) Rader- We are only keeping 3 TE maybe 4 and he is 5th right now(Perry counts as a TE)

10)Richard- not making this club as a corner and that means he sucks.

Travis Minor-RB
Jamar Martin-FB.....Evans is better
Derrius Thompson-WR
Donald Lee-TE
Seth McKinney-OL
Taylor Whitley-OL
Dario Romero-DT
AJ Feely --- CUT HIM NOW !!! BY CUTTING HIM NOW, WILL SAVE US A LOT OF $$$ TOWARDS THE CAP... AND HE SUCKS... I THINK BERLIN SHOULD MAKE IT OVER HIM ...
Mario Edwards-CB
and another WR farmer i guess... i like that Mann guy ...

Feeley lasted til the second page. BIG surprise!

It took me some time, but i finally picked my ten.

3. Donald Lee

4. Dario Romero

5. Eddie Moore

6. Brendon Ayanbadejo

7. Tony Bua (it was hard, but i don't really see him making the team)

8. Lamar Gordon

9. Donnie Jones

10. Seth McKinney

and how does dominizzo have Mann being cut? he played great in Jax and leads the team in receiving

Yeah I would definately hold onto him until the end of preseason at least.

Here's my list, try not to go too berserk ;) If any of these guys have already been dropped, let me know and I'll update.

QB Sage Rosenfels - We ain't keeping 4 guys and Sage never seems to get a shot. My conclusion - he isnt much good. Why not give Berlin a try.

RB Kay Jay Harris - I just dont see where a big back like him fits when we already have Ricky, Ronnie etc. I would rather keep Minor for his quickness.

FB Jamar Martin - dont dislike him, but I just dont see where he fits.

WR Danny Farmer - victim of our great depth here.

TE Alex Holmes - I'm hoping that Lee can start to get more consistent. If not he will probably be out the door soon.

G Taylor Whitley - enough has been said about this already

DL Chris Solomona & Matthew Walters - no reason other than I've never heard of them. They need to work harder to impress me or I'll cut their @sses. :)

LB Corey Jenkins - I think he will be the first to go because of his size.

P Donnie Jones - I dont think he has a serious shot at beating out Turk.

Cheers

Cutting Martin would be a BIG mistake. I know Linehan's offense features an aggressive passing attack, but the truth is with our offensive line and qb's we will be turning to the running more often to generate some offense, particularly after week 4 when Ricky returns from suspension and Ronnie is just getting comfortable with the offense. Martin will be a blessing in those games where we have to gain short yardage to gain a first down. Martin will Greatly improve the percentage of times we convert on running plays and his presence will make the play action pass that much more effective. Linehan can designate Evans and Diamond as H-backs, McMicahel as pure tightend with Diamond as his backup. Martin would be the fullback, sharing time with Evans as needed by situation. Morris will be listed either at RB or FB, but he's a two position player either way. This will give us two very different looks on offense with Martin in at fullback and Ricky or Ronnie handling the ball--a somewhat menacing prospect. With Evans in at Fullback or H-back and the surehanded Ronnie Brown in at RB, our short to medium passing game could be very effective. Linehan is a creative offensive coordinator who is not afraid to take chances--unlike Norv "Ram the Gates!" Turner--and I think the diversity that Martin helps the offense to achieve will be too valuable too pass up. Sorry about the length, just speaking my mind. :)
