With no hesitation, you keep Tannehill. At least he still has some redeeming qualities. I'm still trying to figure out what Philbin brings to the table as a HC, because I haven't seen anything to suggest he is even a decent coach, he is just bad all the way around.

Easy, Philbin. So many viable replacements out there. Unless you can move up to get Winston or MAYBE Mariota (not sold), what else is there at QB? Hundley maybe, but he's playing against a bunch of high schoolers right now (literally, insanely young defense getting exposed), so it's really hard to tell. Either way, Keep Tannehill and have the rookie waiting in the wings or Suck for...Hackenberg I guess.

Can't believe it's looking like we're going to go through this again. Here's hoping he can pick it up BIG time in the next few games.

As frustrating as Tannehill has been this season, this week has clinched it for me. I let Philbin go. Preferrably before the season is over.

Tannehill showed me more leadership in his press conference this week than Philbin has in 3 years as head coach.
