You have made me angry very angry indeed
I believe it would be IP locked to the US, but there are a few programs one could use to adjust the IP address. Just not sure how it will work since the cruise liner is not stationary.
WiFi on Cruise ships are expensive...and buying 4 hours worth can buy you a 3day carnival cruise, Lol (Though I've never been on that line so I could be wrong, but from my experience they are SUPER slow and crazy priced.)
Next time you go on a short cruise make sure you book when the team is playing monday night. That way ifyou get back in the morning you'll be set.
Ozzy rules!!
MACBOOK + Sunday Ticket + Solid Internet Connection (3 mbps+) = Glory
I was on a Disney cruise last Sunday at Port Canaveral.
Boarded at noon and went straight to the pub. Phins-Pats was on. Phins won and the next 4 days were paradise.

Check on Cruise critic and see if anyone on the ship in the last month remembers what the home market for the on board channels are, I was on the Carnival Breeze at Thanksgiving and they were showing Miami TV... To bad the Dolphins couldn't stop the Panthers last drive... Ruined an otherwise perfect cruise!
