I'm Done With This Regime. For Serious.

I thought it was just your typical post-loss anger/pessimism last night. Guess not.

I wouldn't jump ship so early though tyler. Keep in mind we just lost to the best team in the NFL and really didn't get blown out like some suggest. I'd at least give it until the bye week. If this team is as bad as you think, you'll know by then.

this team isnt that bad. but thats not the point. the point is. if we cant beat the pats at home. we cant beat them on the road either. so that means with one of the toughest schedules in the nfl again. in a tough afc again. the dolphins need to go 9-5 in the rest of their games just to finish 9-7 and have an outside, outside shot at the playoffs. they need to go 10-4 just to have a pretty good chance of making them. and if u remember a couple years ago new england went 11-5 and missed the playoffs. this team isnt going 10-4 against this schedule and with their depth. so the fact this front office didnt put together the best 53 they possibly could have for week one....not week 16.....week one against new england. is enough to warrant their firing already. it was clear to everyone here that will allen was our 3rd best corner. if they had concerns about him why wasnt somebody else signed? or that 2nd rounder we used on thomas used on a db? and another veteran brought in to run the ball earlier?

I began to lose faith when i realized that Sparano was making Incognito the starting LG and didn't sign any other quality O-Lineman F/A that was out there after the lockout ended .. There were several O-lineman from NO and Atl that were serious upgrades over what was on the roster ... it's gotten to the point where they seem hard headed about every decision ... or in denial about the current roster!!!

I lost faith in 2009 when we held the ball for 52 minutes against the Colts and still lost.

Last time I checked both of those teams lost too.

Yea. I will be watching every week. I cant help it. I told people last night how I wished I could turn the TV off before it hit :00, but I cant. Not sure what that has to do with this regime sucking though TBH.

IMO i think your overeacting but you have your own opinion of whats going to happen which is cool nothing wrong with disagreement.

I'm sure they'll miss your support

I dont recall saying they will. Posts like yours are retarded because who could post anything if it had to have an effect? This forum is for posting opinions and debating, not convincing Ireland to do something or making anyone scared that I don't agree with their decisions.

Tyler you are a terrible fan and because of fans like you not going to the game we lost! Don't you know applause works as cramp repellent?

And if you still had faith in their evaluations coming into this year:

1. Everyone with eyes knew our line outside of Pouncey and Long was God awful. Multiple FAs became available that could help improve the line. We didnt sign any. Didnt even entertain the thought of signing any. Its like they couldnt see that Columbo is a disaster and our Guards can't move when every fan could plainly see it. This board was full of O-line threads. They need to spend a first rounder on a lineman because otherwise, they have zero idea how to evaluate line talent. Thats obvious from our FA moves and later draft picks.
Say you are a top tier free agent, would you opt to play for a championship contender or the fins? I'm sure the inner circle of NFL players have their own dialog about which coaches are great to play for. It seems like the fins can't attract all the top tier FA players it would hope for and are just compelled to home grow them through the draft.

I was unaware that we got eliminated from playoff contention last night.

They werent. But I do recall everything I posted being an issue last night. Whether we make the playoffs or not, the fact remains that we could have and should have very easily been a much better team. The FO made some choices that will hamstring this team all throughout the season. You dispute this?

yeah right dude, if we had signed barber u'd have criticized that too. A new regime will come in and u'll love all their moves to start then hate them when we arent instant super bowl contenders too. If we were in the afc west we'd be a consistant playoff team - but we are in the afc east and we have a rough schedule every year. we were 1-15 a few years ago. granted some of this regimes decisions make me scratch my head but hell, so do alot of other teams decisions and some of them are perenial contenders. Be happy we can match up with virtually every team every week. If you want to go back to the 70s and 80s and be a fairweather front runner than go root for the pats. otherwise deal with it like the other 25+ teams that are not constantly in super bowl conversations. its so easy to pick apart any team whether win or lose, but after a loss its open season around here. get over it.

They could have almost certainly had McKinnie. He signed in Baltimore for peanuts. We could have offered more. Plus he played college ball at the U. We didnt even try to sign him. We made no acquisitions all offseason on the line, really. Except Pouncey and garbage *** Columbo who doesnt even count. We couldnt sign anyone better than Incognito and Columbo? Get real.
