Im here to defend Tannehill

We suck and you expect tannehill to bail us out?Dont single him out.

No Tannehill sucked yesterday. Watch the tape. It don't lie dude. We were playing for the Playoffs, at Home. Your QB is supposed to be your leader. 7 Points?
The O-Line protected him, gave him time! 3 Picks Dude. Weak ass slide, that cost us a first down. AVERAGE QB Play cost us the Playoffs...

I just wish he ended the year on a strong note, got to 4,000 yds, 25 td's, etc...I think that would have solidified him as the unquestioned starter and leader of the offense next year, even if just psychologically. Now, there is significant doubt. He's going to be playing next year with the fear that he could be pulled, with uncertainty about his role on the team. I think confidence is a HUGE piece of a QB's ability, and if he's unsure, he's playing not to look bad rather than going out and trying to win games.

I've played basketball my whole life. When I'm expected to play well, I think I usually do. You get a little swagger. When you're playing bad, it psyches you out - playing hesitant, overthinking, etc.

He's going to be our starter next year and I really do think he can be a great QB. He's certainly the best prospect we've had since Marino, and still very young. If the fanbase turns on him after a rough first game or two next season, I wouldn't be surprised if he never recovers.

No. The DOLPHINS were outplayed and out coached by the BILLS and the JETS. It was not Tannehill out there getting ZERO pressure on crappy rookie QBs. It was not Tannehill giving up 7 sacks to the Bills. It was not Tannehill that made ZERO adjustments during the game. It was not Tannehill that had the whole team flat. It was not Tannehill getting gashed by the running game. It was not Tannehill that can't pickup a 4th and 6 inches. It was John Jerry that fell on his face and BLOCKED NOBODY on that play.

Give the Tannehill BULL**** A REST.

Shouldn't we cut all 53 players and the whole coaching staff then? Why just Tannehill?

It was Tannehill throwing comebacks out of bounds by 8 yards, throwing high over the middle, throwing a pick on a badly missed throw to Wallace to the inside, missing two deep balls (one was a good throw), sliding short of the first down for no reason...Stop blaming everyone else. The qb played bad along with everyone else

You also have to take in consideration that Wallace never just fly's down the field he always stutter steps and then goes after he sets up the CB.

So it is never a consistent pattern. Therefore its very hard to hit the WR.
Something to consider.

Ya, it is hard to hit that in stride consistently. many deep completions down the sideline in the NFL aren't perfect throws. The WR makes a play on a DB with his back to the ball. Still, you have to hit some of them if you are RT
