Let's say for example that Lazor turns the tide for us and we have a really good team. Then he becomes a hot head coaching candidate. Then what? Do we let him go, do we make him head coach?

The Pats and the Broncos, to a lesser extent, run a hurry up offense which gives them many more plays and about 35 points per game. I think the Phins have been averaging around 17-20 PPG. It doesn't take a genius to figure out why they succeed while we go 8-8 all the time.
