Although Incognito claims not to have heard anything about the report, I tend to agree with John Clayton's interpretation that today's twitter fest could have been motivated by Incognito getting a whiff of what's in the report and not being pleased by it.

Specifically, the report might have omitted the stuff about Martin threatening to commit suicide, which Richie thinks is somehow helpful to his side of the argument.
In either case I don't think this kind of twitter rant is what you do when you think you're "winning" the battle, so to speak.

I interpreted it as the exact opposite. Like Incognito knows what's coming and that it is bad for Martin, hence the "The truth is going to bury you and your entire camp" line
See I read that as "the truth is not in the report therefore I will release the truth on my own, and it will bury you." We'll see, I suppose.
