I can picture in my mind Incog's law team getting some 3rd party text about Incog going crazy on twitter and calling Incog at the speed of light telling him to shut up.
That could almost describe Richie, too. He's a drunk, had drug issues in the past (marijuana at minimum, which he's admitted to) if not currently, and takes Paxil to help control his mood. I don't know if he's ever tried to kill himself but it wouldn't surprise me.
To the contrary, from the timing and tone of the Glazer interview on following commendable silence/resraint, to the Dungy softball interview counter-punch releasing all Martin's hypocritical dirty laundry texts, and now an offensive thrust in anticipation of the Wells Report, IMO, it's out of Richie's hands and being handled (and so far very capably I might add) by his lawyers and other crisis managers. None of this, AFAIC is an inadvertent, visceral Richie "being Richie." We're way beyond that I suspect that his lawyers are smelling $landerous blood in the water at this point.

Jon Martin needs to go be a commentator for the Puppy Bowl...he would fit in well.
Can a team ban its players from using twitter? I think both of these guys need to lay low until the report comes out and then work on their image in order to find work, this back and forth on twitter and in the news is getting really old.....I hope and pray that both guys are off this team before the end of Feb so we can move on and talk about how and what can make this team better in 2014, I am really tired of this nonsense........they sound like a couple of chicks crying over spilled milk, neither one of this guys deserve sympathy.....one is a crude rude dude who things its funny sexually assaulting female volunteers and the other can't handle a demotion without going awol and throwing everyone he came in contact with under the bus.....

There is a pic of Jonathan Martin enjoying himself with 2 (female) strippers at Tootsies. It's about the only time that I have seen J-Mart smile. Most gay guys I know don't behave like this.

I want to see the report and then assess where the prime level of guilt stands. For a long time I thought that there must have been something pretty substantive to warrant Martin's behavior but the name calling, etc that was leaked seemed pretty weak. Initially I thought that Martin's overreaction may have been because of his sexual preference, but the stripper pic was not a fake. Seems unlikely for JMart to ham it up just as an alibi.
The suicidal stuff is probably accurate and seems to confirm my original thought that he really does have some mental health issue, even if it's just manic depressive.
I think it's obvious the report will not favor Martin. Why else would he not corporate with the investigation. Any true victim will corporate and let the truth speak for itself. Furthermore, his camp decided to air out the voice mail and some other comments. You don't air dirty laundry in public if you think you can win with the truth
