Incog Tweets to Martin - "The truth is going to bury you and your entire camp"

Who cares..... Those 2 were non factors both on the field and definitely off. Move on, folks.

Rapoport also said, and I am sure Armando will strongly deny this later tonight, that Martin could actually play for the Dolphins in 2014.

Apparently Martin and his people reached out to the Dolphins this week about those prospects.

Omg Martin would be boos mercilessly. Fans would make incognito seem like Oprah Winfrey by comparison. Could you imagine training camp practices open to the public with Martin there? LMAO

Jay Glazer tweeted that everyone is going to take a hit in the Wells report including some who haven't been in the center of it.

Jay Glazer seems to think that report will hurt not only Martin and Richie, but others within the organization. Some people that haven't even been mentioned before.

First, I can't imagine that today's Tweets were Incognito going off by himself. Lawyer were involved and approved all of the messages. In war this is known as battlefield preparation and is practiced by all top notch generals and lawyers. Incognito's people must be preparing to sue the Dolphins, the NFL, ESPN, and other major media outlets.

Second, can someone explain to me how HIPAA prohibits the Dolphins from discussing Martin's alleged suicide threats but it doesn't prohibit the weekly injury list announcements? Seems like the same situation to me.

It's not only the report, Incog. would seem to have that ability also, depending on what other information he may continue to provide.

HIPAA rules give you new rights to know about -- and to control -- how your health information gets used.

Your healthcare provider and your insurance company have to explain how they'll use and disclose health information.
You can ask for copies of all this information, and make appropriate changes to it. You can also ask for a history of any unusual disclosures.
If someone wants to share your health information, you have to give your formal consent.
You have the right to complain to HHS about violations of HIPAA rules.
Health information is to be used only for health purposes. Without your consent, it can't be used to help banks decide whether to give you a loan, or by potential employers to decide whether to give you a job.
When your health information gets shared, only the minimum necessary amount of information should be disclosed.
Psychotherapy records get an extra level of protection.

Thanks for the information. :)

I highly doubt any of you self righteous morons would have been able to keep from slinging dirt back and let the media walk all over you as long as Incognito did so stop it with the "there's the real Incognito" BS.

I highly doubt this happens. I think this is just Martin hoping to keep his job because it might be hard to find a job elsewhere.

I would say we are just bluffing and trying to salvage a late round pick out of him. Doubt anybody buys it.
