Incognito versus Steve Smith - Justice served??

The two are different but the same situations. What Richie did was create a hostile working evironment which is madated at the federal level an (as far as I know) not a criminal offense whereas Steve Smith simply got into a fight, which isnt a federal offense and could be charged criminally.

Whoever Smith beat up could have filed charges but it looks like they did not which makes him more of a man than Martin.

The defining factor is Martin. If this went public but Marting didnt make a stink about it, the story would have lasted for a couple days and noone would have been suspended or if they were it would have only been for one game.

Martin is a p**** shell of a man rat

Riley Cooper did much worst and all he got was some kind of 'sensitivity training'. The context was also much worst, really they can't even be compared.

Lol ... assaults are okay, but bad words? Launch the investigation! Suspend the suspect! Sue, sue, sue!

Fricken wussies man.

What the OP and others are describing are fights. There haven't been accusations of long term patterns of abuse. That's why this situation is being handled differently.

So punching someone in the face its ok, but tell them bad words isnt?
Funny

Steve Smith absolutely has a pattern of starting 'fights' with his teammates by straight up cold ****ing them. He's done it at least twice that's been made public.

So, this is how it is going to go....every single incident that has happen between players, every comment made by former players are going to get their own thread...fantastic...

Again, this situation is unique in the fact that the other player left and made it very public leading to an investigation by the NFLPA...

Im not seeing much out in public on Martin's side but a crack smile on the Stanford sideline....while the dolphins pay him.
