Incognito's response to the voicemail.

Nothing ever truly disappears

Not true. It's just that when you 'delete' something on a computer, the data is still there... it's just taken out of the file tables. Until it's overwritten, it's easily recovered.

You absolutely can make stuff disappear forever.

i don't think that cell phone companies keep a database of all sent text messages. that would require an extraordinary amount of storage capacity

at least not for anything longer than a couple of days

They do have it. If not, the NSA does.

Phone companies do not have texts. Absolutely not.

You would need a computer analyst to try to recover the texts. They would do this in a criminal investigation, if possible. But we're talking a lot of stuff from months ago...the data may no longer be there even if someone spent a lot of time and money on it. These players may not even have the same phones, as often as people upgrade all the time.

Glazer had all of RI/Martins texts printed out in closing, about 1100 total. The indication is that Richie is being honest. The whole thing is a train wreck.

Incog can request his cell phone company to get transcripts of their text

He did, Jay Glazer had a stack of approximately 1100+ texts that went back and forth. Because a lot of it is vulgar, Glazer said he couldn't read off most of it but he did say it is VERY apparent that the messages are back and forth, rather than a bullying situation.

Martin will never play another down of football in the NFL again. Hope he got a useful degree in his time at Stanford

and a 9-5 employer that doesn't follow football.

Martin has a degree from a really good school and his parents are attorneys. Dude will have a good job somewhere.

if martin wants to play football some team will jump on him with all this drama.

Sure they will....and he might actually reach a week before they move his butt back to the street, or sit him.

I saw that apparently Richie turned over 1,100 texts between Martin and Incog to help the investigation.

If what Martin said is found to be a lie, I hope they go after him and he and his parents get sued bigtime, and they smear his name as bad as he tried to do with Cog and the Dolphin Organization.

I would gather if Richie was willing to hand over his phone to Glazier, he was likely telling the truth.

Word has it he and Glazier went through 1100 some odd messages.

Should be interesting hear what comes from the Richie camp from Glazier over the next few days.

I thought Richie was responding to the meme that Flying Ryan has now adopted as his avi. I recall yesterday, some of Martin's apologists pointed out that despite the sentiment of killing his whole effin' family, there were dogs so it was in good fun vs Richie's response.

I observed that it's impossible to say anything other than it was in the same spirit of the message that Martin initiated.. let me say that again, "initiated," and that Incog was either just being himself or not skilled in google search to find an appropriate one in kind with some one-upsmanship.

Now I'm believing that if RI had only responded to Martin with something humorous like this, even though imparting the same words he did, all this could have been avoided.

After all, if there's a cute picture with doggies, no matter whether killing my family trumps bareback raping your sister or not, it's all in good fun... right?
