Ireland made "Punch Incognito" remark after Martin left team

At some point, the Martin's need to get worried about counter legal actions. These accusations can be a two way street.

The counter suit will lower the amount money the Martin's are drooling for...

Not really, it was the timing.

NOt to steal Spesh's quoting of Flynryan, but:

I honestly don't know what would be more damning to the Dolphins.

Scenario A.) agents calls prior to incident Ireland says tell your client to deck him.

Scenario B.) agent calls after incident to inform General Manager of a hostile work environment and the General Managers offers a violent solution.

Fans = 85% positive 15% negative

Spesh = 90% negative 10% confused

Both of which leads to defeat on the field. Amirite?

Dammit me, if only i were a better fan the line would block and our receivers would catch the football.

Can someone please TWEET this to the beat writers so they are aware I don't see it anywhere & this is HUGE news.

Why is this huge news.

Which is why you sleezed amended correction into a dying thread 2 hours ago,and not start a new one...:lol:

:lol: That one was pretty good, well done. :lol:

And you caught me, i assumed people would find it equally as damning that Ireland promoted violence in the workplace after the player reported how upset he was. I didnt think people would start celebrating that fact. This board never ceases to amaze. :lol:

Seriously, the way people react to these "silver bullets"...desperate is the only word. Its just baffling how people start cheering at these things that are just so damning. Its like any information that says the story is slightly different is to be celebrated as a victory...despite what that information actually is.

I've used the word desperate to describe them many times. Nothing else fits. I sampled the new threads within the past half hour and found an absolute gem of a post. One guy said Martin's life will continue to spiral out of control, with ongoing mental issues and even his current friends will turn against him and abandon him. LOL. I know LOL isn't favored but that mindset deserves to be mocked. Talk about taking your biases to absurd extreme and desperate to drag everyone else along with you.

The media has been doing a great job with varied interviews and updating as needed. The team with the high profile internal issues comes across somewhat negatively but most of it focuses on locker room and hazing practices and whether they need to be altered. Here it's like Richie Incognito is winning every 15 minute time block, about to charge through the smoke with a cape and a white horse. Circus indeed.

Anyway, this minor switch in detail at first glance is helpful to Philbin but doesn't aid Ireland. When I went to sleep last night I wasn't convinced Ireland said anything about punching Incognito. Now that it appears he may have done so, it makes him just another dullard, the same type we've heard from so frequently here, the ones who act tough but everything out of their mouth is centered on pure fear, a trembling that everything they know is being threatened. I don't know what the next twist will be, but the one guarantee is the desperate types will take it as another excuse to be scared. Heck, they are petrified of ESPN. :lol:

Yeah,you didn't think people would start celebrating the fact:rolleyes:...Um sure you didnt....

Just like the other silver bullet you think is nothing like " Hartline was pissed that Martin was laughing about the Hate voicemail months ago."

Atleast our team has silver bullets,you guys are using blanks.:enforcer:

Your right, i think thats very mild compared to our general manager advocating violence in the workplace.

Especially since the narrative the players spun is only going to work in Martin's favor. Hes building a case that he was pressured to conform a certain way. So your proof is his conforming. Way to win!!! :sidelol:
Again, desperate.

Until Carl Peterson is hired and you can all scream for him to be fired next year.

Correct. If we hire someone with a record of incompetency, some of us will have a problem with that.

Wouldnt you? Or is the fact that he will have "Miami Dolphins" in his title enough to satisfy you?

Because all 3 herald writers all wrote about it & its FALSE so they need to bring it out & make those aware that don't belong to this site the TRUTH.

Yes, because falsely reporting that this happened before Martin left, meaning that the coaches knew and causing everyone to think there was a massive conspiracy and all the coaches should be fired. And then having ESPN continue that false report even when it was corrected means the media is doing a great job.
