Ireland got a new Job

I can't believe I seen this on nfl am today but Jeff Ireland just got a new job with the new Orlean saints as their college scout. I can't believe anyone would hire him!
 
Jeff is a fairly decent scout just not a good gm. He was hired by the Seahawks for awhile as well last year.

I was one of the few supporters for Jeff up until the last year. There were several things he was very good at, but drafting was NOT one of them. I would not want Jeff any where around my scouting department. He had one of the worst track records of drafting that I have ever seen. His eye for talent was pretty much nonexistent. But he was very good with cap management, getting the best end of trades etc. but a big part of the job of GM is finding talent. Jeff couldn't find talent if it lived with him.
