Why don't you go ahead and post some of mine then, go ahead, copy and paste. You sound extremely illiterate and have some nerve sitting behind the safety of your computer while you berate people and insult their intelligence when in fact you are the one sounding childish and immature. Way to alienate yourself from everyone, you've accomplished that.

Nobody is killing the new coaching staff. They're killing the guys who have been here for 5 years already and have been awful at their job.

Oh, and for a lack of intelligence, I'd say I've done a pretty good job in my predictions of this team the last few years. I'm sure you were one of the many telling us how this team was going to make the playoffs last year, and the year before that, and the year before that, and the year before that, and the year before that... At least you were right one time though. Amirite?

I will say this, I first joined FH because it seemed like a great place to get some breaking news or some good rumors on the Fins. Not anymore. Now it just seems like where people who hate the organization come to post. There must be 25 - 30 threads continually going on that blame Jeff Ireland and Stephen Ross for everything. It gets old.

And here lies the problem. I remember people on here bitching about Wayne being the owner. And all he did was spend money trying. What "job" isn't Ross doing? He is trying to do everything to build the Fins into a winner. They pulled out all the stops for Manning - If they had not, people would scream he was not doing enough. He flew across country to try and steal Harbaugh away from the 49ers. He identified the #1 coaching prospect, and went after him — what more could you ask for? Ireland's performance has been much better than the fanatics on FH give him credit for. Bush for a swap of 6th round picks? That is stealing. The guy has brought in some talent that was lacking on this roster. It is debatable when he had control, and how much he had, but I look at it as he has been in control of 1 draft and this is his second free agency period (first non lockout). The first part to building a winner is stability, and that is difficult to achieve while every 2-3 seasons you are changing coaches and GM's. I think he and the rest of the FO more time.

i agree with the OP and you too...its the same people b*tching about the same thing in every thread, this place has gotten unbearable over the past year or two.

Ive already made a thread like this before and all the people who normally do most of the b*tching and moaning were the ones who came into my thread and told me to stop complaining about complainers.

It really does get annoying when your trying to have an actual discussion about a topic and these idiots have to come into the thread and make the same regurgitated "jokes" about ireland and ross being incompetant.

This forum used to be alot better now its just a bunch of immature crybabies. Go to other forums of other teams, even crappy teams and none of them are as divided and whiny as finheaven. Seriously how old are some of you guys? you act like little kids.

Ireland might not be the best but he certainly isnt the worst. You guys think because your team in madden is good you can run a real NFL franchise. This team has been bad before Ross was here...before Ireland was here and you all make it out to be like they singlehandedly (or as a duo) ruined this franchise.

This site has gotten so bad i rarely even post anymore. I used to have discussions with other members when i first started posting here now its impossible to have a decent discussion because the threads get littered with the same nonsense from the same crybaby "the world is over" posters. Finheaven pretty much sucks now...i know theres alot of stuff to be mad/upset about but this site has just gotten ridiculous.

I really believe most of these posters are little kids who live in their parents basement because as an adult i got bigger problems in my real life than the Miami Dolphins general manager sucking at his job. I dont have time to sit on the internet and B*tch about it for 5 hours a day.

Ireland and the FO have been here for 5 years. They don't need more time. They've made many more bad moves than good ones, as evidenced by the lack of talent on the roster, and the losing that comes with it. Blaming Parcells for everything is nothing more than a cop out. As for Ross, he's just like Wayne. He wants to do the right thing, but is just too dumb. Courting a head coach while you still have one employed, celebrity minority owners and the orange carpet, celebrating the opposing teams starting QB, etc. All done with good intention I'm sure, but obviously weren't very well thought out.

Now if we can just weed out the rest of you who feel the Dolphins can do no wrong, all will be well. It's great to have a dose of reality on this website for once. That used to not be the case. There's another website out there full of optimists. You'll be well-received I'm sure.
 
Personal attacks aside I agree with some of what the OP is saying. I love my Miami Dolphins no matter what stupid things the FO sometimes do(they also do brilliant things from time to time as well). I also think it is funny that the same people complain in every single thread about how Ross and Ireland are the reason for every problem that ails the world. I agree that they have made some mistakes but every post? Seriously? Do you people complain like this to your wives and girlfriends about your bosses every day? Here is one thing I have come to learn over time. Being a sports fan is an illogical affair. We spend our lives dealing with real problems that we actually have an impact on. I must be logical and sane to pay my bills, run my business etc. So yes, I may always hope for the best and have a hopeful attitude towards my sports team. Because I enjoy being a fan of the Miami dolphins and I am fully aware of how illogical I allow myself to be as a fan of my team. I am not allowed to be so ridiculous in my actual life so this is my place. If I felt compelled to whine in every post I quite frankly wouldn't post because it would not be enjoyable to me. If i came to an impass as a fan one day where it was no longer enjoyable to me. I would simply cease to be a fan of sports. Man up people. Seriously. And if you hate Ross and Ireland so much so that you must post the same thing over and over again at least say some different stuff from time to time. Variety would make this board more fun!

Never said the team can't do no wrong, I don't like losing...I don't like wasting my money and time on this team but the complaining has been taken tto a whole nother level and its making the site unbearable to read...all you crybabies need to make ur own threads to complain about the same thing that's being complained about in about 20 different threads

don't forget: we had in my opinion only 2-3 short times in the last 12 years, when there was a reason for hope of a good future.
Ricky Williams: but he smoked it away after a few years.
Pennington: He hot hurt after one season
and amybe Nick Saban: but he ran back to college

so it's very frustrated to see no light at the end of the tunnel.

But: i'm tired of the alltime negative posters!
