Is it just me or is this Buffalo injury thing kind of crazy

"Maybe Marrone hates the Patriots and wants all hands on deck for one last gasp in Foxboro next week :-). "

BINGO. I totally get that thought and I applaud it and would want Miami to do the same thing if the situation was flipped. You knock the king off the throne and your chances of ascending seem much more possible down the line. If Miami wins the division...the King is Dead but I don't think anyone assumes Miami goes on that kind of reign that NE did. If we knew our season definitely ended on 12/29 like Buffalo knows theirs will, no matter what, I'd root for Buffalo or the Jets to usurp the Patriots if that was the possibility.
Depose of Uther Pendragon and I wouldn't care who King Arthur is. (too nerdy?)

Buffalo Bills
leading receiver Stevie Johnson is expected to miss Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins while he mourns the death of his mother, coach Doug Marrone said Wednesday.
Johnson (52 catches for 597 yards) flew home to California following the sudden death of his mother, Rhonda Lewis, who passed away on Saturday at the age of 48.
After playing against Jacksonville, Johnson flew home to Buffalo to gather up his wife and children, then immediately flew to the West Coast.

Can we have a healthy Brandon Gibson, Richard Matthews and Dustin Keller this week then?

Thank you. This whole, "I don't want to get into the playoffs this way or that way" frame of thought is absurd

This statement is very true, the Dolphins have faced a lot of teams without WR Stevie Johnson. Not having Stevie Johnson on our offense as intended has held us back almost as much as the Keller injury.

It's not the way I want to win

I'm sure the six teams that beat us weren't thinking "If we beat Miami, it won't be as satisfying because they don't have Dustin Keller, Brandon Gibson, or Dmitri Patterson (most weeks)" prior to their games.

Watched NFL network and Willie picked the Bills to win acted like the Fins were a joke

Thank you. This whole, "I don't want to get into the playoffs this way or that way" frame of thought is absurd

I feel the same way. I don't give a **** if we beat the Orchard Park Hens high school team to get in the playoffs. It's all about getting to the show, not who took the hardest route to get there

It's not the way I want to win

I want to win any way possible. We've fought and clawed our way to 8 wins. We've been beaten by some backup quarterbacks. We've been beaten by Drew Brees. We beat Brandon Weeden and we beat Tom Brady. You can only play who you play, but whoever doesn't end up making the playoffs out of us, the Bengals, the Ravens, the Patriots, and the Chargers will be able to point to games that slipped away that they could have won. I saw the Jets giftwrapped a playoff berth and it sucks, but that's the way it is. Nobody can say they weren't a playoff team that year.

"It's not the way I want to win"

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. Who are you,, Matt Damon's character in Legend Of Bagger Vance? Hell, I'd settle for the Bills' team bus sliding off the road on the way to game or something.

Whatever. Playoffs or bust, mang.

Sounds more like "Alex" from that Sportsmanship commercial.

"Coach, I touched the ball"
