week 6 is the trade deadline anyway. so i guess you have a right to think that.

say what you will but i think we would be just stupid to trade ricky rite now no to trading ricky he is here to stay.

NO WAY SHOULD WE TRADE RICKY!!!!!!!

I would only trade him if the compensation was extremely high! I believe he is better than Alexander,Edge,Henry,Deuce,Dillion,Johnson,Willis,Martin,Jordan,Westbrook,Bennett,, heck most other backs in the game. Why would someone want to trade him?

The guy is a monster!
Keep him now and for the long haul!!!

Whether Ricky is worth a first or not, there is no way in hell that any team will give up more than a 4th for him. No one is going to base their team or even their running attack around a player who has betrayed his team before. On top of that, I doubt any team would give up a 22-year old for a 28-year old with the same talent level.

I would like to see you name 1 22 year old that has the talent of Ricky!.................................................................................

Boston did it and SD took a shot.
TO did and Phi took a shot.
Dillon trashed the Cincy org and was a noted problem child and now look!
Look at Moss and his antics.

I will bet that if RW is traded it will be for no less than a 2nd if not a 1st. Pit,Phi,Cle,SF,Atl would love to have that talent. It is obvious that everyone knows RW left b/c he was beat to death. He came back b/c the offense was not going to be 100% on his shoulders. Yes $$$ was some of the reason, not all of it. RW had alot of offers for making $$$ and turned them down. He is marketable! The NFL knows it, tht is why they would not let him change to #27. He has never quit on his team once the season is underway. If he were to commit to a contract that was guaranteed on the backend of it, that would ensure the team would not be hooked for a big $$$ figure. RW for $600k NE would do that for a 2nd. Maybe not now that they have Dillon, but if he were to go down, my money says they would. If Saban can deal w/ him, anybody can.

How many 1st round bust have there been?

2nds?

3rds?

Ricky is a guaranteed stud!

Agree, RB is not a sure thing yet, he is still light years behind RW.
Trade the best player we have, who is making minimum, are you guys NUTS?

No team would give us a first rounder for Ricky, just isnt happening. Even if he didnt have the baggage of being a guy who quit football a year ago, he is still one positive drug test from a year suspension. These things dont help your trade value.

Rickys not even worth a first day pick, much less a first round pick imo.

As they say: "Fool me once your fault, fool me twice my fault".

Youre right, but only if he commits himself fully to the team and the game. Can you really "guarantee" that?

like i said since ricky return he didnt forget how to play the game he just sat out there is no reason to trade him at all we can use them both

I'd trade Ricky for a QB.
Which QB? If we were to do that, and I'm not suggesting that we do, it would have to be someone with an equivalent level of talent and experience and we can throw in a couple of draft picks due to Ricky's off-field troubles.

It doesn't make any sense to trade that much talent and get something comparable to what we already have in return.
