Is this a MUST WIN against Kansas City?

This is a must-win game just to shut up some of the dumb **** I've read this week here.

WE are playing a banged up team at home and the AFCE is looking more comepetitive than it has in recent years.
We need to win the next two games. We need to be 3-1 at the bye.

I cant understand why you all are saying KC isnt any good..... They took Denver down to the wire last week and almost pulled the upset... IMO, they are a better team than us

They certainly have a better head coach. They will be ready to play.

Why do so many people think this should be a blowout? KC made the playoffs last season and we didn't. I think this is close to a must win for us. Unfortunately it IS a must win for KC, so I will be happy with a W in any way, shape or form.

A few things:

1. KC made the playoffs but in a lot of ways that team resembled the 2008 Dolphins. They caught teams off-guard, had a weak schedule, and had the incredible fortune of playing backup QBs something absurd like four weeks in a row.

2. KC is HURT. Their best offensive player is out, their OL is straight trash, their receiving corps is almost as bad as ours was in 2012 (Bowe > Hartline but that's about it) and their secondary is a mess.

It's a team we match up well against and we're at home. We need to win this game and if we expect to be a playoff team, this is one we should win by 10+ points. I'm not saying that we will, but IMHO if you expect to see Miami in the playoffs, then you expect to see a good showing today.

Couldn't agree more. Spot on.

I don't think you can classify any game this early as a must win, but these games are "need to win" if you want to do anything past the regular 16 game season. Going down to 1-2, it's a hard thing to come back from, especially with the tiebreaker rules. Just win as many games as you can.

If Miami loses this game say goodbye to the playoffs and the qb

Pretty much.. But you forgot to mention, the coach too.

Need to win = must win doesnt it..

And every game is a must win. Week 1 against the Rats was a must win. Last weeks was a must win. Every game is a must win

For fans? Yes. For the team? No.

Everyone saying we should win because of KC's injuries... have you looked at our team recently?
