Considering the NFL has to be looking long and hard at the Incognito/Martin tweets alleging Pouncey is the source for various drugs.

Pouncey has zero trade value until this is cleared up.

Also, perhaps Benton can mold Yeatman (if resigned) into a above average OT.

Only a team run by a bunch of dumbasses would trade a pro bowl lineman when o line is the weakest position on the team. Sadly, I really wouldn't put it past them.

I wouldn't want to lose a player of his talent but if the texts between Incognito and Martin are confirmed, Pouncey is painted as the source of "molly" which I understand is similar to ecstasy. They make it sound like we have a hard drug problem and no wonder our O-line performed so poorly. I am pretty ambivalent to marijuana but if Pouncey is the source, I don't know how Philbin, Hickey and co can just turn a blind eye. If we have a hard drug issue, it has to be cleaned up. If Pouncey is the source do we just slap him on the wrist or do we trade him and try to get someone decent of equivalent value?

What tweets (you mean texts?) support or suggest that? That's a lot if assumption taking place. Just because Martin said no to going there/ doing more drugs doesn't make Pouncey some type of drug lord. Nice conclusion jumping by some people

Do you think that the molly at Pouncey's is really a girl called Molly? Their texting referred to drugs. I hope it's not true but this is probably a much bigger deal than you realize.
Pouncey was also Hernandez's buddy up in Gainesville and that doesn't look good as a character reference. (Pouncey has been the only player subpoenaed by Hernandez Grand Jury)

I don't remember ever reading it say Molly (could have) nor anyone saying Pouncey was their supplier. Do you have evidence of that or just conjecture and assuming what you want bout of their texts?

And if were implicating anyone, how about in one text saying how Brenner pulled through to get them some ganja. Much more black and white than what was said about Pouncey

Judging by the response, I'd be willing to wager every cent in my bank account you jumped straight to the comment bar after reading the title and didn't actually read the post. Point out the words where I even insinuated that I want this to happen. It was a thought that I felt was not as far fetched as it would've been last season, with a new GM and Philbin's displeasure with "bad boys". It's actually plausible if you think it out. Other than the fact that I had the compensation wrong, I'm sure we could get a 1st and 2nd or 1st and 3rd for a top flight center in a trade though.
