Unless it goes on for a couple decades.Last year both the Dolphins and Bills lost 2 games in December. Both KC and the Ravens lost 1 game in Dec. Cherry picking months isn’t going to give a clear picture of anything.

Two years in a row, Hill has been nicked up at the end of the season.I believe, IIRC, the offense was dealing with Tyreek being injured and barely in the game. And they were also dealing with the loss of Connor Williams early in the game. Not making excuses, but those were two massive injuries given the way the 2023 offense worked.
Although, if we believe all of the reports from last season, he got the wrist injury at the start of the season. Two years in a row, Hill has been nicked up at the end of the season.
Best bet, we reduce his early season work somewhat.
Tua was 6, McD was an intern, and most of these players on the Dolphins were kids or not born. So what’s the problem?Unless it goes on for a couple decades.
This franchise has sucked in December since 90s.What is their December record? Once you factor that in, those games are the money games, and see how miserably we've been late in the year you get a better idea of the team's true record. December not September. Yes, I know they all count, but there's win or go home games late in the year. That record is more heavily weighted.
This is true. The O doesn’t get a pass because of the last couple minutes of pitiful D when most of our points were not provided by the O. It takes a team to be that bad and blow the division at home on Monday night against a bad team with a rookie QB.
—Sun TzuIf words of command are not clear and distinct, if orders are not thoroughly understood, then the general is to blame. But, if orders are clear and the soldiers nevertheless disobey, then it is the fault of their oficers.
I don't know exactly what the problem is I just know I see it each year around Holiday time. :)Tua was 6, McD was an intern, and most of these players on the Dolphins were kids or not born. So what’s the problem?
Someone that actually knows what he is talking aboutEveryone keeps saying that, but the offense contributed more to that loss than the defense. I just watched the end of that game, beginning with when they were tied 13-13. Much is said about how Miami was up by 14 and lost, but those two TDs were a gift given to the offense. The first TD came when the special teams recovered a muffed punt and gave the offense the ball near the goal line. The second TD came after the defense recovered a fumble and gave the offense good field position. IOW, if not for the defense and special teams, Miami probably would never have been up by 14.
Yes, the defense gave up two TDs late to lose the game. But, after that first TD, Miami's so-called "great" offense went 3 and out and gave the ball right back to the Titans, who scored another TD. Miami then had one more chance to get into FG range, and Sanders could hit 50+ yard FGs. But, the offense got one first down, and then turned the ball over on downs, and that was the game.
IMO, yes, the defense gave up two late TDS, but the offense crapped the bed too and were lucky to have had the lead at all. IOW, it was just another example of a team built by Grier and run by McDaniel choking when something important was on the line.
And quoting statistics without context is pure garbage, against teams with a winning record tua had a 3-16 or something of the sorts, he couldnt even score the winning touchdown against the freaking cowboys… wheres your number 1 offense there? The offense ranked 1st in the league in 2023, while Tua played all 17 games. To say the defense carried them is utter nonsense.
16 of the Dolphins opponents had winning records in 2023? I think you’re lying. And quoting statistics without context is pure garbage, against teams with a winning record tua had a 4 -12 record if inrecall correctly… wheres your number 1 offense there?
Tuas consistency has been his ability to get injured and go 3 and out putting all thenpressure on the defense… which is what happened in 2023 against winning teams and in key moments thoughout his career.
Lol, obviously not, but its pretty known for everyone ( other than tua homers ) that tuas record against winning teams is very poor. I dont remember the exact number for 2023 but tua padded the stats against the broncos, browns and jets of the world… the #1 offense title was a pure joke that only tua lovers will bring up16 of the Dolphins opponents had winning records in 2023? All by himself?Lol, obviously not, but its pretty known for everyone ( other than tua homers ) that tuas record against winning teams is very poor. The Dolphins as a team did. That does not mean the blame always fell on Tua's performance. Last season, his best individual performances were mostly in games the team lost. And quoting statistics without context is pure garbage, against teams with a winning record tua had a 3-16 or something of the sorts, he couldnt even score the winning touchdown against the freaking cowboys… wheres your number 1 offense there?

If you watched Tua in isolation in those games and come away satisfied or even impressed I would be suprised budAll by himself?
