Step back from the ledge, time to move past the Chiefs game and start paying attention to the Raiders game. The last 2 weeks were awful, but the bigger picture tells us that 2-2 at the BYE is very likely. If we lose the Raiders game, obviously the season is over, but as bad as we've looked the last 2 games, I just don't see that happening. Week 6 probably sees the return of Moreno and Pouncey which would obviously be huge for our putrid offense. Let's just pray that between now and the end of the BYE week that Tannehill and Philbin figure it out, at least partially.

Stupid me, but I still have hope for this team.

Our opponents for the rest of the year have seen us, seen Philbin, and seen Tannehill. Blood is in the water. And they all know we are beatable.
Sigh, yes it's Tuesday, and we still suck:rolleyes2:

I wish you would step back from that ledge my friend,
You could cut ties with all the lies, that you've been living in,
And if you do not want to see me again, I would understand.
I would understand.

Save this post. I have a feeling you'll be able to use it for many weeks as we roll on towards continued mediocrity.

And while the raiders are already in London, we're not leaving till Thursday night getting there on Friday morning, very early morning so we're already at a disadvantage. I expect another poor performance from our sorry ass excuse of a team. They can't even get their traveling right.

Several recent Super Bowl winners were mediocre for 13 or 14 weeks and figured it out to close the show. It is week 3 of the season, let's root for our guys to figure it out.

Physiology, Human Factors, Circadian Rythm, NASA, the FAA, for starters. Anyway you spin it taking a redeye on Thursday to arrive Friday morning crossing 5 time zones will have a negative impact on your body clock. The redeye alone will put the players in sleep debt. They will have full days Friday and Saturday between walk through, and media commitments which will take away from their time to adjust. 2 nights is about the time your body realizes the time zone differences, and starts to adjust. Mean while the Raiders players bodies will be adjusted and rested.

None of that indicates the Raiders will be better prepared for football on Sunday and yes I've travelled that route many times in the ****pit.

You obviously have not if you make that statement! Part of preparation is te bodies physical condition.

I've gone across the pond for vacation, took me 2 days just to feel tired..

Went from exhausted to tired in 2 days lol.

Who would of thunk it that we would be on the brink of collapse 3 weeks into the season smh.....this is the first must win of the season for us, if we lose this game all hell will break out....we already have the defense calling out the DC and Philbin thinking of benching RT......our boy wonder gets suspended for an additional 4 games....a loss against the rebuilding Raiders would be devastating, they have already traveled to the east coast twice in 3 weeks and now they are in London lol someone one in the front office doesn't like these guys....

While I agree with the OP, I believe the coach is the problem. Philbin has no respect of the locker room. Needs to be fired. To have Marino say he does not like the way Philbin handled the Tannehill situation, speaks volumes. Philbin must go!!!
