Jackson: List of offensive lineman the Dolphins have contacted

Who in the hell would commit to a banquet the first few days of free agency.

From what I've been hearing the last couple of days he really want to stay in the big easy. Will probably sign a discounted contract to stay there.

New Orleans has NO room under the cap. They might be able to restructure a couple guys, but they are hard against it right now.

To me it's almost foregone conclusion Wade Smith will sign in Miami. Just makes to much sense.
I just remember when he was on the team and playing. The play was called, QB relayed it to the offense, they stepped to the line and the pass rusher was at the QB before Smith got out of his stance.

Visiting FA guards Davin Joseph and Daryn Colledge still in play for Rams even though they're about to wrap up Saffold.

If I am not mistaken, Colledge got cut yesterday. I could be wrong, but I thought it scrolled by on the ticker on NFLN.

Never mind. I read your post wrong.

Rotoworld says he was released March 8th

Cardinals released RG Daryn Colledge.
The Cardinals designated Colledge as a post-June 1 cut, so his $4.6 million in dead money will be spread out over the next two years. His release creates $4.5 million in cap savings. Earl Watford will compete for Arizona's starting right guard job in 2014. Having just turned 32, Colledge figures to receive minimum-salary offers on the open market. He can play both guard and tackle.

Barry Jackson now reporting that Miami reached back out to Zach Strief today. Hope to have him in for a visit in the next few days.

Strief / Pouncy / Albert is the making of a SOLID O-line. You get 1 more vet to play either guard spot and then you can be REAL flexable come draft time. I sure dont want to go into the draft with looming issues onthe O-line. I would prefer there to be a solid group in play and then the need of some good youth. That 1st pick I would love for it to be either LB/TE/Secondary..... or trade back to be honest.

I'm not thinking they are gonna be able to make our o-line good enough in free agency. I don't see the Dolphins not going o-line in the first unless we sign 2 more solid starters in free agency.

At this point Shelley and Ryan Harris are the guys I want out of the last bit of free agents.

I didn't want to start a new oline thread, so I thought I might stick this in here. With the circus that was going on with Incognito and Martin, I could see how it might be difficult for a young player to develop in that environment. So we might not really know what we have in Dallas Thomas, who could still turn out to be a decent guard.

I actually have a lot of faith in Dallas Thomas stepping up into a guard spot this year. Ireland's picks usually took a year or two to get going.

Where is john jerry's big ass these days? Other than Golden Corral
