Whether we take either one of 'em or not, I'd say the chances are 60-40 that both Tannehill AND Weeden will be gone by the 13th pick.
Who else wants him? Only competition really could possibly be cleveland...and they pick before anyway. Either we or Seattle get Flynn so wherever he goes there will make this redundant.
Cleveland has 2 first round picks. There is going to be someone good available at #4. They'll probably gamble on taking Tannehill with their later pick, if they want him. Weeden will still be there at #36 for them, IMO, and that's a pretty damn good consolation prize if they think Tannehill is worth a first rounder. At least, I think this would be the smart move. Of course, we're talking about Cleveland so they probably won't make the smart move.I think the browns take him before that.
Exactly. Be beyond stupid to take Tannehill 4th. Browns could end up with Claiborne, Stephen Hill/Kendall Wright, and Brandon Weeden. Pretty damn good draft.Cleveland has 2 first round picks.
