Jags Will Listen to Offers (for Tannehill) for the #7 Pick Overall

Whether we take either one of 'em or not, I'd say the chances are 60-40 that both Tannehill AND Weeden will be gone by the 13th pick.

Who else wants him? Only competition really could possibly be cleveland...and they pick before anyway. Either we or Seattle get Flynn so wherever he goes there will make this redundant.

And to piggy back on that, I dont think Tannehill is worth trading up to the #3 pick. I say at that point you sign the cut loser QB of the Manning sweepstakes (Hasselback, Kolb), and go into the season with Moore, Devlin and whoever. And gear up for getting our QB next year (Barkley, Bray, Jones). I would rather that than trading a ton of picks to move up. I like Tannehill, but I am not sold on him at #8, and certainly not at #3.

Bluff by the Jags. I suspect that Matt Leinart will go home to Seattle.

I think I'd be happy if we drafted Tannehill, but trade up from #8 for him? Jags are delusional, as usual.

No way do I want Tannehill at #8 overall. Trade back if there's nobody we covet at 8. Draft Tannehill in later round 1 or go with someone else if he is taken later on

I really didn't even want to look at this thread becasue it's so dumb. Not that someone started it but because there is no reason to trade for him. First of all he is a decent QB. Secondly he's a decent QB in the very late first round or early second round. They have no reason to go after him and anyone who does make a trade would be a reach... Oh wait that's the third reason I was VERY CONCERNED. We have a GM Ireland that just might do that, if he doesn't take another O lineman...

Teams are always shopping/listening to offers for picks. Not really news...

I think the browns take him before that.
Cleveland has 2 first round picks. There is going to be someone good available at #4. They'll probably gamble on taking Tannehill with their later pick, if they want him. Weeden will still be there at #36 for them, IMO, and that's a pretty damn good consolation prize if they think Tannehill is worth a first rounder. At least, I think this would be the smart move. Of course, we're talking about Cleveland so they probably won't make the smart move.

Ya know what... The other 31 teams in this league can all go **** themselves.

Browns aren't taking Tannehill at 4 You can bank on that. They need a WR, oline help and a DB before they even think about adding a QB,they already have a serviceable QB in Colt McCoy, I bet they either take blackmon or a DB with that spot and attempt to add a QB ie. Brandon Weeden with the 22nd pick.

I sure as hell hope someone trades up to #7 to take him. One less guy I have to worry about Miami taking that I absolutely do not want. We need a QB sure, but Tannehill isnt the guy. Id say no team is stupid enough to trade multiple picks to take Tannehill 7th over-all but considering theres teams stupid enough to take Pat White 2nd when I thought he was a 5th rounder and guys like Ponder, Gabbert, and Locker go high then I guess anything is possible. Its just one more good player that would slide to us at #8 so we could pass on said good player and take someone completely off the ****ing map. Cant wait to be disappointed on draft day as well. ****ing dumbass Dolphins...never ends

Exactly. Be beyond stupid to take Tannehill 4th. Browns could end up with Claiborne, Stephen Hill/Kendall Wright, and Brandon Weeden. Pretty damn good draft.
