Jason Glenn

Is he even eligible for the practice squad? I like what he's done so far in the preseason. But, if he's not eligible for the PS, it'll make it much harder for him to make the team.

Ok, we picked him up and the jets fans were all saying how they liked him in coverage and so on, i for one didnt think he would make the roster maybe not even PS becuase he is older and we have older linebackers as well as younger ones so i figured we were fine in that area...to me in this 3-4 D we have i think he fits in great, he nabed an interseption in game one and got a sack in game 2 and he is experienced. Now, here is my question...does he make the final roster? do we have room for another LB? if not is he PS? or does he just get cut........in my opinion i think he makes it as a back-up or 3rd string and he will see very limited playing time this season

thoughts?

The guy makes plays. Keep him

This team needs to start making some hard personnel decisions. Glenn has looked great. I think Zach and Spragan have looked great, Crowder has looked good and Glenn I'd put right up there with them as far as impact. How can this guy not make the squad IF it was based on the preseason games. Where is Moore? I haven't seen much of Pope. I can't see how Glenn couldn't be a backup and ST guy. He looks like an animal. I'm sick of the Moore's and Chester's of this team that can't make it out on the field. We need to move on. Let's give some of these guys a chance.

You can't compare Moore to Chester. Moore was a waste of a second round pick, has had chances to start all 3 years, and is always hurt with a different injury. Chester is a DT, which means he's huge, and his knees have to carry his 300 plus pound body. He tore his ACL. If it takes a receiver/DB 6-8 months to get back, just imagine a 300 plus pound DT.
