Again, I have to ask if this Palm Beach Post has proofreaders.

dude....it's a blog...and as he stated in the opening, he said that some of the comments were made last week just before the Pitt game and then he just added a couple things after the game.

Man, if the line can play halfway decent, we should have some exciting things to talk about this year.[\QUOTE]

that comment is no joke. again, while I feel that this year is a restructuring year (not rebuilding, although that can be debated) I think that we'll finish around 8-8 but the excitement level for the offense will be great. Now, I know it's not going to be perfect as , like you said, QB and O-line are question marks, but it will certainly be more "fan friendly"....I'm excited, I just wish we actually had some nationally televised games since I don' live in the Miami area and don't get Sunday Ticket......all in all, it'll be an interesting season.

dont forget the speedy Welker who goes down the middle and makes a 42 yard catch and can run the end around like nobody's business.

Im tellin ya all. Things are not as bad as they seem. They just have to learn to execute the plan. That Plan is now being devised without anyone being able to decifer what that is. You were able to see "glimpses" of the D, but that is not even remotely close to what you'll see during the season because, as some of you have no clue, Saban will start to study Denver, Jets, and everyone else week to week like a friggin Hawk watches its eggs. He will then have a different set up for each team, trying to exploit the other teams weakness. Every team has a weakness, even the NE Patriots. I think we proved that last year on MNF. The Oline is really the only concern and people dropping footballs in more ways than one. We correct that, we can be dangerous with Ricky and Ronnie come game 5.

How is he getting 3 Pro Bowlers out of that? Does this new blogger actually think Chambers has been to the Pro Bowl? Did I miss Booker's name somewhere?

Actually Booker is a Pro Bowler (2002) and if you count Frerotte to the formation they are actually lining up with 4 Pro Bowlers!!

Williams 2002
Booker 2002
Boston 2001
Frerotte 1996

Frerotte the Pro bowler.....

We need Bedard back. Darlington is not accurate, David Bowens is not a starter, he'll play the end of the line on 3rd downs and be a backup but he has never been a stater for this coaching staff. David has had a nice camp and provides great depth and character but he is not the starter, that obviously is KC. I don't understand why the Post took Bedard off the blog, he was very accurate and had a good understanding of the goings on in Davie.

as far as im concernd this is old news we have known about rickey and ronnie for atleast a month now and boston gilmore and chambers have all been playing good in camp so what exactly did this guy say thats so different than what we already knew, its obvious saben isnt showing all our offensive weapons on the field at the same time in the preseason, for a good reason its PRESEASON!!!!
