The main problem with Jeff Ireland is he lacks a set of balls. Take a few shots man, don't be scared homie. You don't always have to fail on an average scale, you can fail on an above average scale once in awhile and give us all a thrill.

I just don't see what the big problem with Ireland has been, I mean, other than him asking Dez Bryant if his mom is a prostitute.
It's not Ireland's fault that Ross goes out and declares for the entire world that he wants Harbaugh/Fisher/Manning (aka comes off like a stage 5 - clinger) and then we don't land those guys. For being a billionaire and one of the richest men in the world, it is a bit curious how Ross can lack so much tact. He is the one making our franchise look foolish, not too sure what Ireland is doing that is so outrageously wrong. He drafts decently well and hasn't really made any big+terrible FA signings. Us not signing Flynn has more to do with Philbin not vouching for him than anything Ireland did/said. So, what's the problem?
