I heard he found a new job already. Take a look.

Doubt it... we still don't have enough space to list Armstead-- even at a 1M salary. we'll have to do another cut or two (or a restructuring) to get him under this year's cap.Is this setting up yet another signing
I dont think anything he says bears much weightI don't know much about this guy but my sense from following him on Twitter is that he doesn't actually have any sources and sort of just throws sh*t at the wall to see what sticks.

OTC has us at 3.6M in space.
Pretend football playersWho and who?
Most of those really don't generate much. Our 52nd player makes 895K, and that adds to the cap as soon as you cut any of those players.Still have Cethan Carter and Fejedelem to cut maybe Shaheen besides the tougher ones like Adam Butler, Eric Rowe and Parker.
I think the purging has more to do with just getting rid of old veterans while bringing in new veterans while keeping current draft picks. Noah is still around and that's a roster spot for sure. Not a bad way to go for where we are now.Yes,but... little talent and bad coaching is a BAD combination.....
I mean Carter,Fejedelem and Shaheen generate about 6 million after being replaced by 900k players. Added Gaskin as well who’s 2.5 would be replaced by Ahmed for 1.6 savings. There’s no need for a 4th and 5th tight end and Fejedelem was a special teams ace in which we’ve signed two of them. Gaskin will be 3rd string and doesn’t provide anything the first two don’t have and Ahmed provides similar attributes at a discounted price. Still saving 7+ million for players that won’t play and simply don’t need. The big savers are Butler and Rowe which would save us an additional 9 million however both key roll players especially Rowe. Just comes down to can you make a bigger impact signing like say Tretter by making the move. Can also extend Gesicki, Howard and Jones by moving to signing bonus to other years. Can give Howard the contract he wants setting it up like Hills and paying him actually less then year but extended contract with moved guaranteed money. Cap isn’t really an issue, everything can be moved around. Most of those really don't generate much. Our 52nd player makes 895K, and that adds to the cap as soon as you cut any of those players.
