Yeah u guys are right about the HC situation first. Word is ross is gonna take his time.... I dunno if this is good or bad.
Count on Ross to get it wrong.
Though I agree, if our defense had been better coached, we would probably now be in the playoffs...Hobbling, and looking almost pathetic, but still in the playoffs.
I would welcome Bowles as DC, but if we do get him, we need also get a much better D-Line Coach.

The New York Jets and every Jets fan should send Todd Bowles a fruit basket for what he did this season.
He took the bullet and ate the losses for Sam Darnold's rookie season, despite knowing he was pretty much hosed because of it. Don't think he will ever get another head coaching job after this.
The game reps are invaluable for Darnold's development and I firmly believe that McCown would have won them a couple more games this season when Darnold had his turnover meltdowns.
