and now Denver is for sale so we'll see what happens there. There are lots of billionaires, won't be a problem to find a buyer if Ross decides to split

I’m not sure who “us” is. I am not being sued by Flores and I didn’t hire or fire Flores.
This is a matter between Flores and the individuals he is suing and I certainly don’t take any responsibility for the issues involved in this lawsuit.
As a fan, I will wait to see how things play out over the coming years in regards to this lawsuit but right now, I just want to know who the next head coach is going to be and who they are going to sign in free agency and select in the draft.
I watch football for entertainment and because I love the sport. The rest of the mess around the game is something the league and the teams need to work out but I honestly only care about winning football games.

We had a couple reports earlier this weekend that Harbaugh was coming to Miami. We all got hopeful.
We have literally ONE reporter from Michigan claiming he’s going to Minny now. We all got sad.
Is that about the situation? Are there multiple, credible sources on either side at this point?

The Broncos are only for sale because the former owner died and the family no longer wants to own the team.
Ross has not stated he wants to sell the team and even if he sells the team, the next owner has already been approved by the NFL owners.
Bruce Beal has the first right of refusal to purchase the team if he wants to purchase the team once it’s for sale. Beal is a friend and business partner of Ross, who like Ross, lives in New York.
So even if Ross does decide to sell the team to Beal. I imagine the organization will be run very similar to how it has been run during the time Ross has been the owner.

The difference is Harbaugh has actually talked to the Vikings and is scheduled to go there for an interview today.
As far as we know, Harbaugh hasn’t talked to anyone in the Dolphins organization about becoming the head coach and there have been no reports he is scheduled to sit down for an interview with the Dolphins.
So while anything is possible. I tend to doubt Harbaugh is going to be the next Dolphins head coach.

Eh, I think it's a little more than just the one reporter reporting it. Minnesota has actually scheduled an interview with Harbaugh. There's obvious interest there. The only fact we have to go by with Miami is Ross saying he wouldn't be the one to pull the coach away from Michigan. Meanwhile, we've set up a 2nd interview with McDaniel. Doesn't it look like two teams going in separate yet deliberate directions? Why set up the second interview with McDaniel if or unless you weren't serious about him? Why have there been no actual interviews between the Dolphins and Harbaugh mentioned? What would the need for utmost secrecy be if the guy is already in talks with the Vikings?
I want Harbaugh in Miami, but the sobering realization is that Minnesota really wants him and our dumbass team owner really wants him to stay in Michigan. Meanwhile, the buffoon really appears to want to win in Miami but seems to be doing everything to get in his own way. Wants to tank but hires a rookie head coach without making sure his new coach is on the same page with him. Wants to do a little player tampering with a prominent player that his coach knows well, but he seemingly never checked with Flores to make sure it was good with him?
As much as I find fault with Flores for not being more adaptable to undesirable situations, I can't help but find full fault with Stephen Ross if the allegations are true. And on top of it all is the very real notion that Ross won't go get Harbaugh for Miami -- it's inexcusable when your alternatives are guys like McDaniel and Vance Joseph of whom no one else wants.

Well…..The 2 constants here are Grier and Ross. The definition of insanity is doing the exact same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Well…,These two morons keep doing the exact same thing….Over and Over again. It’s gotten us exactly zero playoff wins.
Again, I don’t understand how anyone at this point can defend either of these 2 clowns.

It's not terrible. I lived in a similar climate living in Eastern Washington. You spend a lot of your time indoors whether you're in Minnesota or South Florida. Minnesota is also land of a thousand lakes. Lots of wilderness. Maybe not as populated outside of the major cities. Spring, Summer, and Fall are exceptional up there.Good luck Coaching and living down there, if that is what he chooses.
