IMO Wells is trying to protect Failbin. I don't know why though. He also says the players were not intentionally trying to drive Martin off the team nor were they trying to cause him any long term psychological damage. That my friends is B.S. Ted Wells has no way of knowing what the players involved intentions really were. And at the end of the day, Martin and only Martin knows what the long term psychological effects are. Wells is trying to protect the Miami Dolphins and more importantly, the NFL in the event of a lawsuit. But if I am martin's lawyer, my first argument would be; Incognito has a long history of being a trouble maker and he was still allow to be a leader in the locker room.
