Jim Rome and his callers saying Philbin must go.

Rome's still around? Crazy.

It would be such a ****ed up move to let Philbin go at this point after Ross' misguided commitment to him already cost us prime GM candidates. Personally, I think Philbin should have been fired with Ireland and we'd have gone with a full clean house, but that opportunity is passed.

A-rugulaaaaaaa!!!! Count...Choculaaaaa!!!

What, am I a douchebag b/c I don't know what Jim Rome does these days? How is he credible for giving his opinion on a show? His opinion is meaningless. It isn't going to force Miami's hand.

Get a life Dude. Never called you a douchebag? You said it, not me. Maybe so?

Point is, we are a laughing stock, not just on the field but off it since 1999. Everyone nationally syndicated, and locally seems to get it too. Minus Dolphin homers...

Right because telling me to get a life is that much more debonair.

Great. What am I supposed to do about it?

I usually dont put much if any stock in what this douchenozzle has to say much less his assinine clones but theyre all on the sow now calling for his head based on The Wells report. For once I hope theyre right I think Phailbin is god awful and needs to go.

This is why Philbin was not fired right away. The owner who is business saive did not want to lose millions of dollars by firing Philbin right after the season since he knew exactly the scenario and just was waiting for the report and judgement by the NFL to come in. Once Philbin is suspended or implicated in any way, Ross can fire him justifiably so without losing a dime and hire the person he always wanted in the first place.
