As far a qb disussions, he says he hasn't been a big part of those discussions, he found out about the Henson interest article in the papers. He's still evaluating the 3 qb's they do have. Kevin Donally thinks it's a great move to see him in that position. He's not sure where they will go with the qb thing. not much else other than what's been posted.
 
He also said something about the need to make good halftime adjustments....

The new coaches will be helping him with the passing game...he didn't elaborate.

Hank told him that he talked to Kevin Donally and he thought that Collier would make a great OC.
 
Also said: "In a QB, you want Size and Arm and all those things......But you really want them to be smart and accurate."

I wonder who he is talking about?:D
 
Also said something about making some adjustments in the play-calling terminology...but will continue with it's basic structure.

He felt that it may have been his fault for not getting Travis Minor more involved last year. He will design some plays that forces him to get Minor in the game more often.
 
Size...Arm...Smart...Accurate...well we all know he's talking about Dan Marino!!!
