Says his rights still belong to Miami even if he files for bankruptcy. Poor Ricky. Looks like he'll have to come back and play just to pay Miami back.

I don't think us getting his rights is a big deal. I don't think he will come back to football. Still, I'm happy we still have them just in case.

Ricky williams can pay us back, he just has to sell back all the Ganja.

That wouldn't be a hard task if he makes a thread on Finheaven about it. Judging from several posts here, I think he'd draw a lot of interest. ;)

One hand bankruptcy lawyer other hand John Clayton?

Who would you believe in this matter?

Also never said it was a given if he filed. Just have always maintain that it is a possibility. Criteria will have to be met I sure, and who knows if RW will met those.

All I've ever said was it was possible.

Hello, Mr. Kettle. You're Black.

Bankruptcy lawyers are known for not knowing crap about bankruptcy and John Clayton speak the gospel.

Also are you the only one allowed to leave the website? 6 hours between your last two post.

And we just found Ricky's first customer..

I think it is. It assures that if he does come back at any point during his prime, Miami's going to get compensated in the form of draft picks. There won't be any "I'm going to play for Oakland next year....WEEEE!!"

So in short, it's our way or no way. We covered our six.
