John Clayton Says Dolphins Have Significant Cap Room in 2013

They won't bring in another QB with Tannehill on the roster, they just used a 1st round pick on him, the only QB that would be available for the taking might be Drew Brees, but there's no way he gets away from the Saints, and I doubt he'd even sign with us.

We will see what we will see.........

Well we're either going to see Matt Moore start this year and play like he did last year, or we'll see Matt Moore start this year and regress, and possibly see Tannehill for a few games.

Either way they aren't going to waste their 1st round pick after just 1 year if the best they can sign is Jason Campbell. Heck, we gave Henne what 3 years?

Hartline has dropped alot of balls that nobody talks about??? Also he gets no yards after the catch. Losing him is not a big deal I think.

You think Long is one of the best LT's in the league? I think a lot of people get to caught up in Jake because of him being picked 1st overall in the draft. The last couple of years Long has been average at best. If he thinks he deserves big money then I would let the guy walk. He sucked last year and his body is starting to break down.

I feel Jake would have played every down but the coachs took him out. The guy just wants to play and I want him on our team.

This is flat out wrong, and I have no idea where you're getting that (the dropped balls). Look at a majority of his catches, they are usually acrobatic sideline catches that don't allow for YAC. Hartline is a very good receiver. It's like Dolphins fans are allergic to high quality depth because Madden doesn't have them ranked in the 80s or 90s

Don't get me wrong I hope Jake Long stays with the Fins. However is he worth top 5 tackle money? I don't think so. However if he has a good year this year then maybe I will change my opinion, but if last years Jake long shows up then I would let him walk. Especially if Long is looking for a long term deal. I don't think his body will even last another 2 years the way things have been going for him.
