Jonathan Martin hires David Cornwell as his representation

Guys it is not uncommon for a union member to hire outside council. Hell I would do it in a heart beat if I got myself into something.

I am not so sure, I looked into Martins eye (well a picture of Martins Eye) and to me I saw something evil, he clearly is trying to destroy our beloved franchise with his bare extremely soft wussified hands.
 
If Martin fought several teammates such as doin Jordan wouldn't the courts see this is just a money grab? He will fight one of the most physically gifted players on the team but words from incognito drove him to this state? If incognito was such a tyrant to Martin why would Cogs come to martins defense in several fights as mentioned by the players?

yeah...why aren't more people livid about this...this skirts trying to tear down our beloved franchise...hell after my wife and kids and family the dolphins are my family...

Remember yesterday when Brian Hartline said that the reason he hasn't contacted Martin is that he's afraid of a subpoena?

The players know what is going on. The truth will come out.

It is clear that Martin's people have been steering the smeer campaign over the past few days. Unfortunately, because so much has already been leaked in the media, much of the evidence will have been tarnished.

Martin and his family are suing the NFL for being the NFL, and not having it's players cater to the less capable men of this world.

I have a firm belief Martin will likely win something, but wouldn't be surprised if his life spirals even further down into despair. He will ultimately alienated from most people he's known. Some will feel sorry for his sad mental state. But there will be many, who will see him for what he really is.

I don't see each player quite as family, more like my sisters ex-husbands, there great to have around to help move my refrigerator, but but before you know it she kicks them out and they are playing for the Jets. The Franchise itself that's a different story!

Ok outside of our opinion of John Martin how do the Martins seem like total scumbags.

I mean that as a serious question. What should the parents be doing? So they should believe their son is a liar. Isnt a parents job above all else to look out for the welfare of their blood.

Not this particular outside counsel. This guy Cornwell hates the NFLPA, and that's pretty well documented.

It's his dad's job to teach his son to be a man and not a spineless coward. Jon Martins dad is a total failure at being a father.
