The Bengals have Chase and Higgins in the top 10. The Eagles also have AJ Brown and Smith, who is slightly outside the top-10.

It’s a pretty big strawman argument. None of those teams actually have paid both wide outs big salaries at the same time. Hill currently makes top money but Waddle was making 8 million last season, will make 9 million this season and 11 in 2026. Big money doesn’t start until 2027 and by then hill will be gone.

Aj brown only made 11 million last year and only makes 17 this year while smith only made 7 last year and will make 8 this year and never really gets a big money cap as 34 of his 75 million deal is dead money void years when his contract is over.

Bengals didn’t have either last year with tee on franchise and chase on last year of his rookie deal at 9.8 million. This will be the first year any team actually pays two top tier wideouts in the same year as tee is in the franchise tag again and chase has a cap hit of 23 million in the first year of his new deal. We’ll see how it goes as they didn’t do much to improve their awful defense, may lose Trey Hendrickson and can’t sign their first or 2nd round picks.

You may at least want to check the stats on those two games.

The Bills game they did okay but they only scored 17 points against the Packers so I don't know why you think they did great in that game when they clearly didn't.

I would say below average compared to the other teams. I know in 2023 they averaged 31 points against teams under 500 and 17 points against teams above 500. That is a big difference and Tua played in every game that year.

How was he wrong? What does deep passing have to do with scoring offense? Being “figured out” doesn’t make sense if a team is top 10 in scoring.

Hurts athletically is a beast. You need a very specific rare set of skills to run that offense.

For example, the tush push is such an immensely valuable weapon. Yet, there's really no one that can do it on the same field as Hurts.

The other thing that hurt the Dolphins was the rule against all the pre snap motion last offseason. They used it a bunch in 2022 and 2023 and couldn’t last year.
