Wake's cap hit will be 7.2, 9.7, and 9.8 in the next 3 years. There are guys getting paid twice that much and Wake is better than most. There are guys getting as much as Wake and aren't even close to Wake's ability. His impact exceeds his paycheck. You don't save money trading someone like Wake. His salary is a steal!

He may be that important to our defense but, protecting Ryan Tannehill is the most important need of our team and much more important than Wake's rushing ability.
