Just found our future OC.

which Super Bowl offense did Henning coach?

while I'd love to have Kubiac.....actually I believe Henning coached the close but no cigar Jake Delhomme Carolina SB offense, didnt he? (back when dinosaurs roamed the earth)

Well at least the owner waited until he fully recovered from his on-field stroke and got back to work before firing him. This was a seriously good team last season.

I'll take him! He runs the type of offense that would mesh well with Tannehill's skill set!

He looked like he lost control of himself as well. He was giving those officials an earful, Hellen Keller coulda lip read all those f-bombs. I'm glad they put him out of his misery, poor dude was going to blow another gasket.
Please keep Helen away from the F-bombs. She didn't have a potty mouth.

I think Kubiak takes a year off

I think Chambers is right on the money here. He's got some health issues he's going through.

But he'd absolutely be my first choice for next Dolphins Offensive Coordinator.

I'll bet Kubiak has non-compete at the NFL level, for the last year of his contract.

Helluva OC though
NFL[edit]
Assistant coach[edit]
Kubiak won his first Super Bowl serving as the quarterbacks coach for the San Francisco 49ers in 1994,[5] guiding Hall of Fame quarterback Steve Young to one of his best seasons. Young received his second NFL MVP and captured Super Bowl XXIX MVP honors by throwing a record six touchdowns in San Francisco’s 49–26 win over the San Diego Chargers.
Offensive Coordinator[edit]
Kubiak went to the Broncos the following season when Mike Shanahan, who was previously the 49ers offensive coordinator, became Denver's head coach.[6] In 11 seasons (1995–2005) as the team's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, Kubiak helped lead Denver to two Super Bowl titles.
In his 11 seasons with the team, the Broncos amassed 66,501 total yards and 465 touchdowns, the most in the NFL during that span. He coached 14 different Broncos that made the Pro Bowl, including running back Terrell Davis, who was named the NFL MVP in 1998.

Gary Kubiak

Remember when it seemed like Denver could just insert any schmo at running back and the guy would average 5 yards per carry? Yeah.

But I wouldn't get too excited, folks. First of all, there will be very high demand for Kubiak's services. Second, I think it is highly unlikely that Joe Philbin would replace his long time friend and mentor.

Why?

The texans were contenders just last year. I think he runs a great system.

they have had top tier talent and have never done anything in postseason w/ 2 home WC wins over Cincy. this team should have made a couple of postseasons before 2011 and had the talent to make SBs. I am not a fan of Kubiak.
