Ray Lewis and I got hammered for thinking Ray was a better linebacker..It just followed over here when afterwards "JC made a Zack thread".

... But here goes....I give up...you guys are right ..Zack was a thousand times better than Ray Lewis.(not)

does it really matter where ray lewis was brought up? it's irrelevant here, as i'm sure it's irrelevant there. is there a player in the current draft that is like ray lewis, that Miami has a shot as drafting? I've seen a few prospects being called ZT-like. Would it be so bad to have a player like ZT, back on the field?

how about not bring him up, unless you see a draft prospect that looks like he will be like ray lewis in the NFL? And then you can say you'd rather have "x" player, because he looks better than the ZT look a like?

it would be like me saying an NBA draft prospect looks like he could be as good as Carl Malone, and then you jump in and say Michael Jordan is better....well no kidding.

you don't get it, the thumbs down is because it's not relevant. you saying ray lewis is better than ZT in a thread about an nfl prospect looks like he could be like ZT is just dumb. no one cares about ray lewis...UNLESS you come in with an nfl prospect that you want, that you believe will be ray lewis caliber.

Go back and look and see how many put Zack and JT as two of the four....Out of all the great players (hall of famers at that)

I vaguely remember that. I never took part in it, as the decision is tough, after dan marino. lol unless coaches were counted, then shula as well. :D

I'm sure JT and ZT are a little overrated, but I don't believe they are by much. both were great players, even if they didn't perform well in the playoffs. I think the whole team should be at fault, not just two single players. And I think a lot of votes come from the younger fans, as JT and ZT played at a high level for a long time, since the mid/late 90's.

Dwight Stephenson was the greatist center to play...when Bear Bryant and Don Shula says your the best..your the best.
Zack,while good will never be considered the the greatist linebacker...If Zack gets in..it will take several tries.

and it took Dwight 7 or 8 eligible years, before inducted to the HOF. There are talks about Zach being a first ballot HOFer. Just to be talked about it, says a lot. Not just by Dolphins homers, either.
