Kelvin Benjamin

I have said it before and still believe that Benjamin is just coming into his own as a receiver and is just starting to learn the intricacies of the position. His upside is ridiculous though he is a risk. If he lasts to 50 and we pass, I feel that it will likely be a mistake that we will regret. He can learn and improve but you can't teach 6'5. I have watched him dominate top notch competition and he is still learning.

Give me a red zone target! We havent had a a guy who could catch a fade/jump all in the EZ since OGadsen!.....Brandon Marshall was a beast but he had issues with dropped TD's as a dolphin. We need a touchdown maker. I don't care if it a TE or Reciver gets us a red zone threat. If its Benjamin then letS roll with it. Just somebody who makes plays.

I'll say this over and over again until I'm blue in the face, KELVIN BENJAMIN IS NOT WORTH A 1ST ROUND PICK, NOT EVEN A 2ND. He drops way to many watchable balls, blocks like turnsitle, and will not go over the middle, and has ZERO route running skills, and piss poor effort.

Not polished enough IMO for the first round but I'd take a kid with his size, talent and upside any day.

Yet another null BUST. As stated, the guy has nothing but size. A lazy version of Brandon Marshall and not so free of baggage himself. Plus he played against a soft schedule every year with only 2 or 3 legit opponents.

Well it looks like its 50/50 in Dolfan Nation. I personally would love to have Benjamin in aqua and orange. I think there is a few scenarios where Ebron may drop to us. If so, then we must take him and then grab Robinson or Bryant in round 2. Both of which are well over 6 feet tall. That'd be 2 new toys for Ryan. Add in Hill or Mason in round 3 or 4 and we are at the top of the east. As for my avatar…….I am glad to have given my fellow dolfans sweet dreams last night. She is amazing.

If he is so domintaing then why are people calling him lazy, no burst....?? Buyer beware is all I can say..

I don't want him at 19 but you can't argue with his size and 14 TD last year in that offense with all the weapons. He only played an average of 2.5 -3 quarters per game. If he could be coached to anywhere near his potential, he would be a steal in round 2.

For a guy with no separation, drops the ball, and plays small it's amazing that he caught a TD once in every four catches and averaged 18.7 yards per catch, while doing this in 3 quarters of a game most of the season. I also see people saying he is slow, but I sure saw him out running many DB's in the game. Too many people can't just see past the fact that he played at FSU. The guy is raw, and still learning. He is only a SOPHOMORE and only played two years of college ball with his first year just playing situation ball as a freshman. I think he should have stayed another year and continued to learn and possibly could have been the top WR in the 2015 draft. However, he decided to come out. I still think he goes in late round one and have heard Carolina is very high on him and love the thought of giving Newton a big target like Benjamin.

Only time will tell how he plays out, but I think a lot of people in a couple of years are going to wish Miami would have drafted him.

This dude sounds like David Boston all over again…No thank you.

If you say he plays small you didn't see him play. He was Winston's safety valve and always made the tough, go up for it type of catch. Did you see the national championship game? Benjamin is the exact type of WR we need. Big, decent routes and WILL go up to get it in traffic. His hands do leave a bit to be desired but, that can be rectified. He is exactly what we need. Not saying we take him in the 1st. I want C. J. Mosley but, if available in a trade up in the 2nd, we should get him.

You are wrong sir. The only one I agree with is he does drop some balls but, he is so worth pour 2nd round pick. He is exactly the wr we need.

They are calling him lazy because they want to draft someone else. Did you see the national championship game. He played a decent role.

I am thoroughly unimpressed with Benjamin. He is slow and doesn't attack the ball, he looks it into his hands. He doesn't catch the ball at its highest point he waits for it. I think at the next level he will struggle to get separation and will not have the speed to get down field. Additionally his legs are so long he is easy to trip up and doesn't seem to have much balance. Pass.

You are just wrong.

You guys are all nuts Benjamin is a stud. Praying he is there at our second after Ebron drops to us at 19

I don't like anything of what I've seen from Benjamin. Hes slow, often looks disengaged, doesn't have great hands, doesn't catch the ball at its highest point, can get roughed up at the LoS even at 6'5. I don't see see how he gets open at the next level. If he wasn't 6'5 nobody would be interested but they see 6'5 and instantly think WOAH RED ZONE TARGET but he doesn't play up to his height.
