"Wide receiver Kevin Johnson wasn't out of work long. Less than 24 hours after being released by the Cleveland Browns, "KJ" was picked up off waivers by the Detroit Lions. Johnson was released by the Browns on Tuesday, one week after coach Butch Davis benched him."

Jacksonville just claimed him. They had higher waiver priority than Detroit. Bet Detroit wishes they had not won last weekend. They would have a real WR.

ESPNews reports the Jacksonville Jaguars have claimed WR Kevin Johnson (Browns) off waivers from the Cleveland Browns.
 
Have you not seen that he is down and has been for almost a month. Also wont be back for another month. yet he is still their leading receiver????

Starting WR are AZ Hakim and Bill Schroeder...would you call either of them "REAL"

Even with Charles Rogers healthy...you should know being a Dolphins fan, 1 WR isnt good enough.
 
Detroit needs another draft and free agency, picking up KJ now is stupid for detroit.........what, there gonna make a playoff run?
 
SO detroit needs to draft a risky rookie WR somewhere in late rounds instead of getting a proven guy? Great Logic...

Detroit will draft a RB then get secondary help. They will now have to look for a WR in FA, and there will not be any as good as Kevin Johnson that are as cheap as him. Speaking of Playoff runs....they have won 2 less games than our beloved Dolphins. Dont think we can bash too much on any team right now.

Do you ever talk sense? Ever heard of the need of a #2 receiver? Last I checked, Hakim is much better suited for the #3 spot. They DO need a receiver.
