Satele signed for 2 million (Meat of the contract is 1.25 million). $250,000 was a guaranteed signing bonus, $1 million should be guaranteed for being on the roster week 1 and $750,000 in "game day" bonuses split over 16 games for every game he is on the roster.

Yes and I felt he did a pretty good job of it for us last season when Pouncey missed a couple of games.

As for Satele's contract, he's a vested veteran, right? I thought that his salary was guaranteed after week one.

The reason we have 5 New starters on our line(excluding Pouncey)....is because the line sucked...and Brenner was part of that.

I would imagine he is going PS but they may want to snag Halapio because they were checking him out at draft time.

If this team ever signs jon halapio I will look for the nearest bridge. I put up with him for 4 years on my favorite college team and I simply don't think I can stand any more. Having him on your line GUARANTEES mediocrity or worse. The man cost rural liar his job and he has done a pretty good job of destroying Muschamp. I would welcome martin back before having anything to do with halapio. He's THAT bad.
