Kiper is not as negative or animated as previously. ESPN really needs to allow McShay on the same panel from the outset, to liven things up, back to the, "Who the hell is Mel Kiper days?" when he attacked the Colts. There's plenty of room for four. Obviously Berman and Gruden have it in their contract to be there.
Otherwise, this is not complicated. Peg someone early in the first round well above where Kiper has him ranked, and you've shuffled down the couch toward a mediocre grade. It's counteracted only by a string of choices that he considers extreme value, and that didn't happen.
