Knee Surgery to sideline David Garrard

I stopped reading when I saw that you aren't bright enough to spell guaranteed right.

:idk:
:d-day::ponder:

How much did Garrard just collect in guarenteed money? Awful mysterious knee injury out of nowhere huh? You tell me.

Where are all the people who have been giving me thumbs downs for giving everyone a heads up about this guy? He's a ****ing bum. Everyone who hated on me personally because I tried to do people a favor and warn you should be banned for a week or so. Keep sleeping on me though. All I do is spew truth, year in and year out.

I made one of the best threads this site has seen in months with a solid write up I did while ill, took me 4 hours to write because I had to take breaks, and it got maybe a 1000 views. Yet, as soon as I started really hammering Garrard, a thread like that got 3 times as many views and a bunch of people hating on me. You guys love it. You act like you want great write ups and **** but, when I do those you hardly look. You love it when I go all out on the edge and can hate on me. Yet, typically when I do I almost always turn out to be dead on.

And dont tell me this guy wouldnt lay down with an injury that shouldnt keep him out long. BS. Dont act like he cares about the 1.5 mill extra he could get in incentives. He can get whats guarenteed by doing nothing. Workers comp pays people 80% of their actual pay. People will take 20% less to not work. David Garrard will pass on the extra mil or so to milk this "injury" and collect the guarentees on his contract. Its plenty enough for him to lounge around on his boat for the rest of his life along with what he got from one good season in Jacksonville. I told you.

I told you about this guy. Im just glad he pulled this **** before Ireland and Philbin did something stupid like cut or trade Matt Moore, a real man, a real QB, a real team player.

David Garrard, bad for the phins, bad for America.

why the hell you guys gonna pup him and use a 53 man roster spot??? lmao...you serious...

You definitely don't PUP him.

Time to move on. Unfortunate for DG, but the Dolphins need to move on from this. It's not like we're talking about a young "pup".

Said on NFLN he is out 2 to 4 weeks. Nothing to get fired up about. I say start Moore and mothball Tannehill.

This post is amazing.

That's not true. With little he had to work with in J-Ville, his last healthy year he completed 45% of his deep passes. http://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2011/05/10/going-deep/

Seen that stat before. They consider deep balls "over 20 yards" .... it however doesn't make the distinction of what anybody watching would really consider the long ball. When I say big plays, I'm talking those bombs we all saw Moore hit. Even in camp everyone noted how Moore had the best long ball of the bunch.

exactly...this is a no brainer...guy missed all last year with a back...came back and didn't get even 2 weeks into camp with no contact no less on the qbs and he's out...add in he's 34 years old his ceiling has always been pretty damn average...pup??? hell no

CUT

Jay Glazer is reporting that he is out 2-4 weeks. If he wants a spot on this team, he better be back in 2 weeks so he can show the coaches something against Dallas. I think you can officially put a fork in him in regards to the starting QB job, it is now down to just Moore and Tannehill. Starting to think Tannehill is the favorite.

Why in the hell would Ireland not grow a brain and just cut him.

If you let Garrard stay on the roster after sitting out the preseason, he will come back and gladly collect 2.5 million extra before getting another mysterious "wear and tear" injury and go on IR. If you want to pay him an extra 2.5 mil for nothing, go ahead and keep him. Otherwise cut your losses now, live with the fact he scammed you for a million dollars and move forward with real men like Moore and Tannehill.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on Ireland.

Of course Im not fooled the first time. There are still people who didnt see this coming and think this guy is legit. :rolleyes2: They cant seem to understand why he would pass on 2.5 million. Its simple. He already collected a million dollars. Thats 20 years of being able to chill on a boat and spend 50 k per year. Most people dont make 50k in a year. This guy is set for life. The extra mil is plenty. He didnt need the 2.5 and he certainly wasnt trying to do actual work for it.

He already has a nice home or two paid in full Im sure. Im sure he has plenty of money from that contract he got from Jacksonville. He is now just trying to milk a couple mil or so extra off signing bonuses and call it a day.

He found his sucker in Ireland. He will try again next year. Hell, if Ireland isnt smart enough to cut him now, he will gladly show up weak one, sit the bench, get "injured" again either in practice or call it wear and tear and go on IR while collecting that extra 2.5. P

eople acting like getting a mil for a few weeks work isnt cashing in are clueless. Thats a helluva paycheck for a couple weeks of camp. And he got on TV again. And he had a bunch of people writing about he was having a great camp so he can try and pull this **** again on some other team next year.

The biggest thing is that by missing 2-4 weeks, there is no way he can start week one against the Texans. I assume they could keep Garrard around as a veteran backup during the season, but I don't see how he can be in line for the starting job anymore.

Post may as well read "Ï hate reading posts that prove me to be wrong and therefore Im going to use something petty to validate my reasoning for not educating myself"

There's no reason to do that. The roster spot is better well spent on somebody else at this point, perhaps the WR-core. Go to war with the young QB's Moore/Tanny/Devlin.

Its amazing how much they love this fraud bro. I even exposed him before it even happened, but of course Im just clueless even though Im dead on on the reg. They just dont get it. Its like they have never encountered bad people in their lives. So nieve.
