Knowshon Moreno Will Take Over Miami Dolphins’ Backfield

Are you suggesting DT will be higher on the depth chart tab KM once the season starts? If so it will be the most incorrect post of the year on FH and reality

Of course not. What I said is he was behind daniel thomas at the start of OTAs which is true he was

Depends on how many teams in your league, how many rounds/slots on roster, and the level of competition. That said, I'd lean toward taking a shot at him in a later round (however in my league I can guarantee he will be gone before I'm comfortable drafting him).

Idc how many people are in the league. No way I spend a high pick on him. Period.

If he takes over the back field it will be because he earned it, which I would be perfectly fine with.....but I don't see it happening. Miller is too talented IMO and is a bigger threat to opposing D's.

It will be 70/30 Moreno. His arms are loaded with powerful muscle. Out of shape? Bull! Who said that Mando? And by the way it's June 4th! The guy will be a total beast by the Pats game and that's what counts in the standings.

Nah, not Mando, Some guy by the name of Philbin.

Are you really saying you would not take Moreno over any of the fifth and sixth round backs from the 2014 draft: Tyler Gaffney, Alfred Blue, Marion Grice and Lache Seastrunk.

Man reading comprehension isn't what it used to be.

Maybe we should let training camp start before we judge....in the old days the players showed up completely out of shape because there was an organized offseason program. They didn't make enough money in most cases to not work in between.

I'll worry if Moreno is out of shape come the 1st pre-season game.

As far as his role...he will be the primary back and Miller will be the change of pace.

oh my... oh my...

The only way Lamar Miller will get on the field on 1st and 2nd down is when Moreno is hurt...

Otherwise Moreno is your feature back and Lamar your outside homerun threat

And Lamar will be fighting to get carries away from DT...

With the amount of pops Moreno is gonna take I would carry a little extra around my mid-section if I were him

I think it will be a close race between Miller and Moreno. Moreno will win out because of his blocking. I think everyone was expecting a CJ2K type of player out of Miller, and I don't think he is that. I don't think any of our running backs on the roster this year will be here next year.

And they used to use leather helmets too, but that was then and this is now. Moreno could be an important backup if he gets his head on straight. This isn't 1970, he needs to come in as though he cares about beating out Thomas to be Miller's backup.

Moreno isnt even gonna start. He showed up out of shape is behind daniel thomas on the depth chart because of it. I wouldn't touch him in fantasy. Its gonna be close to 50-50 when it's all said and done with miller and Moreno

Depth chart? On June 5?

Miller stinks. Thomas kinda stinks. Moreno is OK and the better option in both the real game and as an insurance policy in FF.

They opened practice with Moreno as the starter. So it's a given that as long as Moreno gets in shape, he'll have a significant role in the offense. Bottom line is, no matter what offense you run, there's still defenders in your way to knock you on your butt, and the Dolphins said Miller lacked physicality last year.

But Lamar Miller will be highly motivated this year, so I wouldn't be surprise if he stepped up his game. Competition does wonders.

Bdz, thank you for pointing out that I'm delusional. I'm sure you have VAST knowledge and are never wrong. Are you saying he won't be in great shape, are you saying he won't start or are you not saying anything and just sniping from behind your keyboard. I'd get banned for what I'd like to say next but suffice it to say I don't like being called delusional for giving my opinion. When I use the word beast I'm talking about the physical shape he will be in on opening day. Look at a picture of him from this week. His arms are huge and powerful. I'm not saying he'll be Marshawn Lynch because he's not by a long shot but he's a huge upgrade from last season's talent. Look at his production last season and beyond the stats you have to factor in his excellent blocking ability. Defend your point of view if you can. Otherwise, @#$%$#@$%&^&*!!!!

"If you BLOCK for 3yards, he will get you 3 yards."

Bill Polian, 2014 ESPN

I'm sorry my words were to harsh for your sensibilities.
