Wait..what....You would actually consider rooting against a member of the dolphins simply because you didn't like the signing?

Not at all, I would love to see him do good. I just do not believe in him and I cannot picture anything great coming from him. If he balls then wow, I would be amazed!

Ok!

Yeah, who doesn't want a RB who does well in a pass first system and is known for his blocking prowess and his hands out of the backfield...

Moreno is a proven vet, who will help our team. no one can dispute that. FWIW, his pass protect is not any upgrade. Last year, he had to pass block 80 times, and gave up 1 sack, 3 hits, and 3 hurries to Peyton. Miller pass blocked 127 times, and gave up 2 sacks, 1 hit, and 4 hurries to Tannehill. If anything, Miller was a bit better.

However, DT on 91 tries, gave up 3 sacks, 0 hits, and 6 hurries. Moreno's taking pass protect snaps from DT will be an upgrade.

Hard to say how much better he will be in running and receiving because the comparison os what he did in Denver is not fair to what he may do in Miami.

He's a terrific backfield pass blocker - a quality neither of the two RBs you mentioned have exhibited so far. If he can keep RT17 upright for a second more, IMO, anything else is gravy( and as pointed out, there's plenty else) and you should feel the same way. Pennington showed time and again, and twice against the Ravens in 08 that quick dinks and dunks may help the stat sheet but against top 10 Ds, they're mostly detrimental. Give Tannehill and his fearsome arm some time to complete longer passes and the running game will open up.

Well, great point. HE can pass block. Also, he ran for more yards then our entire team, had a higher YPC average, scored more TDs and caught 60 passes (once again, more then all of our RBs combined etc).

Simple answer? He is better then any RB we have at everything.

Moreno is an immediate upgrade at the RB position. How can you not be excited? He is a great back and is young and healthy.

My question is how am I supposed to feel about a guy if he begins to do good for us? Should I feel like it’s a fluke? He is not a threat at the RB spot. I need someone to give me some hope, tell me that everything is going to be ok

geez LUIS F BABY, did momma take away your blanky to early? wtf!! i have to admit this is one of the most bizzare posts i have ever read.

"how am i supposed to feel about a guy who does good for us"? well, you rag him even further and boycott the finz until they get rid of him. you mean to tell me you have to ask others how to feel about a player doing good for us? your esteem has a suicide hotline tinge to it. un hinged is coming to mind here. you admit how wrong you were about the player and be happy the new gm and o/c know what they see and what they want and be happy for the player and the team. thats what you do!!

"HE IS NOT a threat at rb". well, that is yet to be seen. but if he "does good for us" then he he will probably be a threat at rb, correct?

if you NEED SOMEONE to tell you all is going to be ok, they cant. to many factors involved, injury being one of those. scheme another. as moreno PROVED last year, he hadnt been used to his skills before he was implanted into the peyton manning show where he did it all. and succeeded. tanny is no peyton manning, in ANY sense, but, even though NON OF US know exactly what the lazor is going to be, its obvious we are going to be an ariel show along the lines of todays game and knowshon will be used much like he was in denver. and that will help tanny get better!

its not what YOU want LFB, its what LAZOR wants and obviously he found his man. in his offense, in any pass oriented team, everyone must be able to block, especially the rb's! they also have to be able to catch the ball out of the back field. rb's, in this age of the nfl are hanging outside of every home depot waiting for a truck to come by and offer them work. REAL "GOOD" ONES!! if lazor felt his offense needed an rb who just ran and nothing else, theres plenty out there and he WOULD HAVE HAD HICKEY SIGN ONE OR DRAFT ONE!!!

so take some weight off yourself luis, its what lazor needs, not YOU.. it's HIS burdon, not yours. get a grip man, and above all....... HAVE SOME FRIGGIN' FUN!! ITS A GAME!! IT'S SOMETHING TO TAKE YOU AND YOUR MIND AWAY FROM THE STRESSES OF LIFE, AT WORK, AT HOME, THE WORLD, ETC.... . dont let something so fun turn into a burdon.

believe in our new staff untill we SEE a reason not to over a fair period of time. don't worry....... BE HAPPY!!

and for gods sakes man, dont EVER let others be your opinion or happiness. that ALWAYS ends in tragedy. be yourself and let it roll!!!
