If Kubiac agent told him he has a interview to be the dolphins OC he should fire him on the spot....his best move would be to get his health in check, in no one calls next yr for a HC job move into a opening from a big time team...looks like Seattle, Denver, and the Bengals, OC will be promoted by then and he can work for a stable organization with his eye on being a HC again soon... No one who has a good reputation will come here,

Actually, I think it would be a good opportunity for Kubiak. Less stresst than a HC and a possible future HC job if Philbin fails next year.

Agree. He had two good years in running Arian Foster, with VG surrounding talent, and has been nothing special in the passing game without a Peyton in Denver.
