You guys will regret asking for him if we get him. I've seen his work in Houston, and I wasn't impressed at all.

Agreed. His offense ran way better when Shannahan was there. That might be a name to keep in mind. I have to look more into him for sure, but reading up on Kubiak I've found Shannahan was a big reason their offense had success and why it failed once Kyle left and Kubuak took over.

If you listen to players who have had Kubiak as a coach they all say the same things. Some coordinators are just going through the motions and you wonder "what the hell?". Not Kubiak. When he starts diagramming plays and talking offense you realize you're not very smart. I would love to have him as OC.
