Kubiac, Wade Smith, and Ben Tate would be a great start

It is possible Kubiac would accept an OC position here because if nothing else it would be an on the job interview for head coach if next year turns into a disaster as well. Bringing in Smith and Tate would fill a couple of glaring holes we have right now as well as help the transition to a new offence.

He's actually a pretty good guard in the ZBS for Houston. Went to the pro bowl last year even though that doesn't mean diddly squat IMO.
